Olli launched Europe’s first online shop for

Highly efficient reactor
The input material is heated in a few milliseconds. In this way,
impurities are separated and the oil fraction is transferred into
the gas phase with unique efficiency.
Special rectification
The gas phase is separated into heavy and light boilers. This
results in different distillate qualities. Products suitable for
engines are discharged, other fractions repeat the process.
Economical residual material
About 10 % of the raw material leaves the process as a tar-like
residue. This can be used for bitumen production or as a
substitute fuel. No further waste is produced.

With its various pyrolysis technologies, the Biofabrik implements the purification of plastic, oil and other wastes. Due to the composition of the raw materials, however, the distillates produce impurities such as sulphur, chlorine or heavy metals, which make it difficult to market the fuels or use them in engines.
In order to solve this problem, a process has been developed which can perform this task locally, fully automatically, as an optional component or as a stand-alone solution, in line with our technologies. So far, there is no technology that meets these requirements.

A patented process using sodium dispersion made it possible to achieve this goal for the first time. The underlying technology has existed for a long time, but has never been applied to the project objectives.
The purification takes place in a multi-stage, protected process in which the largest number of problem-causing impurities bind to the heated sodium solution and are then discharged in a distillation process based on the WASTX Oil technology and finally purified.
The system is therefore infinitely scalable from one tonne per day in container design and thus the only currently available solution in a wide range of applications.

STATUS OF DEVELOPMENTS
Our exclusive development partners have been successfully using this process for several decades in the treatment of contaminated fuels and oils worldwide. The focus here was on special plants developed to customer specifications. The container-based, inexpensive WASTX Detox has now been jointly developed.
The functionality with pyrolysis oils from tyre, plastic and waste oil treatment has already been successfully proven and confirmed by accredited fuel laboratories (analysis on request).
In the next step, the plant will be scaled to container size in a first version and transferred to series operation.
