the fore ign countr ies , to conduct a lega l wedding ceremony the couple must be possessed a

re l ig ious ceremony in i t ia l l y and i t base on the re l ig ion o f the couple which are recogn iz ed by the

Government of Indones ia to inc lude Ba l i , such as : Chr i s t ian Protestant , Buddhism, Hindu and

Mus l im. The marr iage shou ld be reg is tered with the d is tr ic t Civ i l Reg is trar & the ceremony must

be per formed under re l ig ious r i tes .

Indones ian author i t ie s requ ire that a l l fore igners p lann ing to marry in Indones ia obta ined a "CNI"

(Cert i f icate o f Non Impediment to Marr iage) before the wedding . Th is i s s imply a le t ter f rom

your Consu late or Embassy representat ive in Indones ia s tat ing that there i s no object ion for you

to get marr ied in Indones ia .

For the Consu late to i ssue th is le t ter , each couple must persona l ly v i s i t the ir country 's

respect ive Consu late to swear an oath that they are f ree to marry , for some Embassy or

E lectr ic i ty Supply

Al l Event Management Companies must supply the ir own generator . Shou ld addi t iona l power supply

be requ ired, add i t iona l charges wi l l be imposed . No power cab le connect ion can be taken from the

hote l wi thout hote l management approva l .

Food and Beverage Arrangement

I t i s cons idered mandatory for the food and beverage arrangements as wel l as food and beverages

The f ina l guaranteed number o f guests for the recept ion d inner shou ld be at min imum the same as the

the f ina l number o f guests fa l l s short on the date o f the funct ion . Any addi t iona l guests at tend ing your

event wi l l be charged accord ing ly .

Depos i t Requ irements :

In i t ia l depos i t o f 50% of the conf i rmed package i s requ ired to guarantee the space . A let ter o f

agreement wi l l be i s sued by Al i la Ubud with in 48 hours of the event conf i rmat ion . Ba lance payment

for a l l the conf i rmed arrangements wi l l be requ ired 14 days pr ior to the date o f the event .

Second depos i t of 25% on the est imate event expenses i s requ ired 90 days pr ior to the event .

The ba lance o f the est imate event expenses i s requ ired 60 days pr ior to the event .

Cance l la t ion Po l icy :

In the event o f cance l la t ion , the fo l lowing charges wi l l app ly :

• For any cance l la t ion made post conf i rmat ion , a 50% on the est imate event expenses wi l l be

• For any cance l la t ion made with in 60 days pr ior to th e event , 100% on the est imate event

expenses wi l l be charged .

Force Majeure

The per formance of th i s agreement by e i ther par ty i s sub ject to acts of God, government

author i t ies , d i sas ters or other emergenc ies , any o f whi ch may make i t i l lega l or imposs ib le to

prov ide the fac i l i t ies and/or serv ices for the events or to accommodate the group. In the event o f

force majeure , any depos i t that has been pa id i s not re imbursab le . Th is agreement may be

terminated for any one or more of such reasons by wr i t ten not ice f rom one par ty to the other

without l i ab i l i ty .
