I am an organizer and doer for whom production and distribution processes
have no secrets and whom gets the best out of people and resources for
achieving solutions that make a difference.
As a trailblazer and bridge builder I have a broad view on the design of
business processes and use of information systems.
In my approach the organization and its environment, thinking in
opportunities and possibilities, and enhancing cooperation and support
between companies come first. I am not easily distracted by difficult
conditions, time constraints or opposition. I respect the interests of
stakeholders and I take responsibility for choices made.
I give organizations and people the space for personal initiatives by involving
them and granting them a say, by listening actively and advising but above
all by encouraging them to break through fixed habits.
Through experience I learned that ‘only’ technology & software is not
making an organization happy. A good sparring partner who needs only a
few words and knows how to add value does the trick.
I am that person who actively listens, understands the technology and the
process, draws up specifications, can think along with employees and
partners, can guide projects, is able to implement changes and goes for
strengthening relationships.
But also sits down behind the buttons if needed and gives direction by
simply doing things that need to be done from research, definition,
specification, design to delivery and support.

The M&G Group is an international player in the manufacture of flue and ventilation systems. The customers of the group are
manufacturers of boilers and technical wholesalers.
The M&G Group has multiple production sites worldwide and has its business architecture fully based on SAP.
I was responsible for the realization of Supply Chain integration and process improvements projects within the domain areas
sales (O2C) and purchase (P2P). My task was to implement electronic ordering and invoicing with the aim of creating a
stronger customer loyalty.
I ensured that receiving and sending data happens in a standardized and automated way and is aligned with the processes in
SAP. Employees now have more time to advise customers on products, outstanding orders and deliveries and to improve the
relationship with customers.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Start up and manage projects, monitor progress and inform stakeholders;
Examine feasibility of projects and execute cost-benefit analyses;
Initiate and coordinate the work of internal and external consultants, working groups and the project team;
Align purchasing, sales and invoicing processes and data with customers and suppliers;

M&G DuraVent is technology leader in the venting industry in the US. The customers of DuraVent are large wholesalers and
distributors in the US region such as Home Depot and ACE Hardware.
The main starting point for the implementation of EDI (Orders, Shipping Notifications and Invoices) in SAP was to use
standard SAP functionality and to re-use the enhancements created for the European sites of the M&G Group.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Translate the organizational structures of customers into logical structures in SAP;
Set up message conversion tables and EDI parameters in SAP using data from the old legacy environment;
Develop queries in SAP to validate the setup of customers and to export the structures for further analysis - improvement;
Specify the content of EDI messages (X12 850, 856 and 810), SAP translation rules and change requests;
Set up processes and master data in SAP and define working instructions;
Execute end-to-end tests and support consultants of IBM Sterling Commerce and Itelligence.

PrimaLink is specialized in SaaS solutions, e-Commerce, e-CRM and financial applications.
My assignment was to draft an online solution for electronic invoicing and develop a plan of approach for the
implementation. After investigating other platforms in the market I wrote a study report describing the necessary
components and functionalities.

ASML decided in 2011 to implement electronic ordering and invoicing with its suppliers. The main objectives were to increase
the automatic processing rate of supplier invoices and to improve the existing OCR/Scanning process. To realize these
objectives ASML asked me to assist and support them with the selection of a eProcurement and eInvoicing solution and
service provider.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Investigate and describe the existing and desired application architecture (SAP, Tibco and OCR/Scanning);
Draft the functional and technical requirements, define the selection criteria and prepare the list of potential suppliers;

presented and discussed during a one-day meeting with management.
