NOTICE INVITING TENDER

(Through E-Procurement only) E-Tenders are invited by the Joint Director (Gen.Br.) on behalf of “EMPLOYEES’ STATE INSURANCE CORPORATION, HEADQUARTERS OFFICE, CIG MARG, NEW DELHI” under two bid system through CPP Portal i.e. http://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app from experienced Firms/Agencies/OEM or its Authorized agencies/Contractors for “Comprehensive Operation and Maintenance of Reverse Osmosis Plant (RO Plant) along with its allied accessories installed at the ESIC Colony, Sector 56, Noida, UP” according to terms and conditions given in tender document.

PART I

GENERAL INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS TO THE BIDDERS

A. General Information: 1. Last date and time for submission of the Bids: upto 15:00 Hrs. on 30.09.2020: The bidder has to

submit online bids i.e. Technical Bid and Financial Bid only on e-procurement Portal

http://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app.

2. Manner of submission of the Bids: Tenders are to be submitted online through the website stated

above. The tender document may be downloaded from e-procurement/esic website and technical

bid / financial bid may be submitted online as per Tender time schedule. No manual bid will be

accepted.

3. Time and date for opening of Bids: The online Technical Bid will be opened by the tender committee

nominated for this purpose on 01/10/2020 at 16:00hrs at Room No. 101, ESIC Headquarters office,

CIG Marg, New Delhi. If the date of opening is declared a holiday, bids will be opened at the same

time on next working day. Bidders or their authorized representative may remain present at the

time of opening of bids if they so desire.

4.Two-Bid system: Under two bid system through e-tendering, only Technical Bid would be opened on

the time and date mentioned above. Financial bids of only those firms/agencies/contractors will be

opened whose technical bids are found compliant /suitable after technical evaluation is done by

the ESIC. The date & time of opening of financial bid will be intimated to qualified bidders through

mail.

5. Modification and Withdrawal of Bids: Bidders are not permitted to alter/modify/change the bids

after the end of online bidding period. Bidders are also not permitted to withdraw their bids after

the end date of online bidding period. Any conditional acceptance or refusal of acceptance of work

order by the successful bidder during the bid validity period is not permitted and such bidder will

be liable to face suitable action such as forfeiture of EMD, blacklisting of agency etc. as per relevant

rules of department.

6. Clarification regarding contents of the Bids: During evaluation and comparison of bids, the ESIC

may, at its discretion, ask the bidder for clarification of their bid. The request for clarification will be

given in writing through e-mail/post and no change in prices or substance of the bid will be sought,

offered or permitted. No post-bid clarification on the initiative of the bidder will be entertained.

7. Rejection of Bids: Canvassing by the Bidder in any form, unsolicited letter and post-tender

correction may invoke summary rejection and other penal actions. Conditional tenders will be

rejected.

8. Validity of Bids: The Bids shall remain valid till 120 Days from the last date of submission of bid.

9. Earnest Money Deposit : Bidders should deposit EMD amount of Rs. 10000/- (Rupees Ten thousand

only) in the form of Demand Draft in favour of “ESIC FUND A/cNo. 1”and scanned copy of D.D.

should be uploaded in Technical Bid. EMD of the unsuccessful bidders will be returned to them at

the earliest after expiry of the final bid validity and latest on or before the 30th day after the award

of the contract. The bid security of the successful bidder would be returned, without any interest,

after the receipt of performance security in the prescribed format annexed from them as called in

the contract.

EMD is not required to be submitted by those Bidders who are registered with the Central Purchase

Organization (e.g. DGS&D), National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC)/MSME Udyog Adhaar or

any Department of MoD or MoD itself.

10. Period of Contract: The work shall be awarded for a period of one year from the date of issue of

work order. The period can be further extended on the mutual consent of both the parties on the

same terms & conditions for the period of one year.

B. Instructions to Bidders:

1. Technical bid and Price bid will be submitted concurrently, duly digitally signed in the website Portal

www.eprocure.gov.in/cppp. The tender document may be downloaded from website &technical

bid / financial bid may be submitted as per Tender time schedule.

2. Tenders are to be submitted online through the website stated above. All the documents issued by

the Tender Inviting Authority form an integral part of contract. Agency/Contractors are required to

upload all the tender documents along with other documents, as asked for in the tender, through

the above website within stipulated date and time as given in the Tender Notice.

3. The Agency/Contractor shall carefully go through the documents and prepare the required

documents, and upload the scanned documents in Portable Document Format (PDF) to the Portal

in the designated location of Technical Bid. The bidder needs to fill up the rates for the financial Bid

in the designated cell/designated location as provided in the online financial bid form.

4.The documents uploaded must be virus scanned and digitally signed using the Digital Signature

Certificate (DSC) by the authorized signatory of firm/agency/contractor.

5.For submission of e-tender, bidders are requested to get themselves registered

withwww.eprocure.gov.in website along with class-II/III Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)issued by

authorized issuing authority under IT Act 2003.

6. For complete details, refer website www.eprocure.gov.in at CPP Portal.

7. The ESIC may issue amendment / errata to the tender documents before due date of submission of

tender. The Bidders are required to read the tender documents in conjunction with amendments, if

any, issued by ESIC. The amendments/errata issued to these documents if any would be uploaded

on ESIC website as well as on CPP Portal. The Tender document can be downloaded from ESIC

website www.esic.nic.in, &https//www.eprocure.gov.in/cppp. The bidders shall visit these

websites from time to time to see the amendments/errata.

8. The bidders are required to upload the completed documents only after satisfying themselves of

each and every condition laid down in the tender documents.

9. ESIC reserves the right to postpone and / or extend the date of receipt or opening of tenders or to

withdraw the tender notice, without assigning any reason thereof. In such cases, the bidders shall

not be entitled for any form of compensation from ESIC.

PART II ELIGIBILTY CRITERIA

1. The bidding firm/agency/contractor should have completed during the last seven years:

(a) One similar work costing not less than amount equivalent to 80% of the estimated

cost.

OR

(b) Two similar work costing not less than amount equivalent to 60% of the estimated

cost.

OR

(c) Three similar work costing not less than amount equivalent to 40% of the estimated

cost.

2. Similar work means operation & maintenance of Reverse Osmosis Plant installed at any

Govt. Department/PSU/Reputed Firm/Residential Colony of any Govt. Dept./PSU/Reputed

Firm.

3. Turn over of the bidder during last 3 years should be not less than Rs. 1.5 lakh ie. 30% of

estimated cost.

4. Copies of the following documents should be uploaded with the Technical Bid.

a. Latest acknowledged copy of Income Tax Return filed.

b. Audited Profit and Loss Account / CA certificate of turnover of last three financial years

i.e., 2017-18 and 2018-19 & 2019-20.

c. GST Registration.

d. ESI and EPF Registration certificate copy with details of last payment.

e. Declaration / Documents as per Annexure ‘B’.

f. Copy of registration of propriety/company/partnership.

g. PAN Card

h. Experience certificate as per Sl.No. 1 & 2 of Eligibility criteria.

SCOPE OF WORK

1. Day to day operation of RO Plant for 14 hours daily so as to fill the RO water tank of 40000

liter capacity on alternate day.

2. Supply of RO water normally on alternate days or as per direction of authorized officer.

3. Routine maintenance and to follow daily checks.

4. Providing manpower (Operator) for RO Plant operation on all 365 days of a calendar year.

5. Preparation & Dosing Chemical Solutions of required concentration and quantity.

6. Operation of all electrical & mechanical machinery attached with the RO Plant.

8. Besides periodical cleaning of RO membrane, the maintenance and servicing of the Reverse

Osmosis (RO) Plant shall consisting of following :

i. Micron Filter should be replaced during every servicing

ii. Cleaning of Sand filter

iii. Cleaning of Activated Carbon Filter

iv. Anti scaling dosing chemical (As per requirement)

v. Raw water pump (checking/servicing, if required)

vi. R.O. Membrane (checking/replacement, if required)

vii. High Pressure pump (checking/servicing, if required)

viii. Checking of flow rate of membrane & TDS on site

PART III

I) Instructions to Tenderers:

1. The envelope containing EMD should be superscripted as “EMD for work of COMPREHENSIVE

OPERATION AND MAINTANENCE of RO PLANT AT ESIC COLONY, SECTOR 56, NOIDA” & should

be put in the EMD box kept at Room No. 101, ESIC Headquarters office, CIG Marg, New Delhi-

110002 before the date & time of closing of online bids.

2. Tender incomplete in any form will be rejected outright. Conditional Tenders will not be

entertained.

3. In case the successful Tenderer declines to take up the contract, for whatsoever reason(s), his

EMD will be forfeited and further penal action will be initiated.

4. The successful Tenderer will have to deposit a Performance Security of 5% of the value of contract

awarded by way of Demand Draft / Fixed Deposit Receipt (FDR) / Bank Guarantee from a

nationalized bank and hypothecated in favour of “ESIC Fund A/c No.1’’with a validity of 60 days

beyond completion of work / contract and further renewable if the contract is extended. 5. The successful bidder will have to deposit the Performance Security Deposit and commence the

work within 15 days of acceptance of tender. Otherwise the contract will be cancelled and EMD

will be forfeited.

6. Each page of the Tender document should be signed and stamped by the Tenderer or an

Authorized representative of Tenderer in acceptance of the terms and conditions laid down by

ESIC and uploaded with the tender.

7. The competent authority reserves the right to accept/reject any or all tenders in whole or in

part without assigning any reason thereof.

8. For finalization of contract, the Tenderer whose rates are reasonable / economical in the

Financial Bid and is the lowest in comparison to other tenderers will be considered as the

Lowest Tenderer.

9. The agency or the Tenderer should ensure timely payment of all statutory dues like ESI, EPF etc.

and ensure compensation as per Payment of Wages Act, Minimum Wages Act, etc. to the

manpower deployed for this work.

10. Payment of wages to the workers shall be made only through Bank transfer / ECS / RTGS and

copy of the same should be submitted for scrutiny of ESIC on demand.

11. The contractors shall visit the site to acquaint himself / themselves with the site working

condition in detail and the present condition of plant & machinery prior to tendering and no

claim will be entertained on the ground of ignorance or otherwise of the conditions under

which the work shall have to be executed.

12. The RO plant shall be handed over to the contractor on As is where is basis. The contractor

shall be liable to hand over the plant upon completion of contract period in the same

condition.

13. The Contractor shall ensure all precautionary measures for safety of Personnel engaged by him

for this work. Instructions on safety code shall be strictly followed.

14. Contractor will be solely responsible for any accident to the personnel engaged by him.

15. Only trained manpower/Operators who are experienced in the respective field shall be

deployed for this work.

16. Tenders of those tenderers who fulfill the eligible criteria are only to be considered for opening

the price bid. The incomplete / Invalid / conditional Tenders are liable for rejection and no

correspondence will be entertained in case of rejection.

17. The Tenderers are needed to consider while quoting their rates, all factors including the

present running condition of plant & equipments, any fluctuations in the Market rate of parts

/ consumables / manpower etc. and No claim will be entertained on this account after

acceptance of the tender or during the currency of the contract period.

18. The Successful Contractor shall submit the contract agreement on a non-judicial stamp paper of

Rs 100/- in a prescribed form duly signed within fifteen days of issue of Acceptance Letter to

the Joint Director (General Branch), ESIC Headquarters office, New Delhi.

19. The Contractor shall take stock of machines and make immediate assessment for repairing and

servicing of pumps / motors/ starters as soon as he takes charge.

20. If any work remains unattended within the stipulated time, the same shall be got done from

other agency at the risk and cost of the successful contractor. Any expenditure incurred in this

connection will be recovered from the bills of contractor.

21. The Contractors should supervise the working of the personnel provided by him. The rate

Quoted include element of supervision etc., and no extra claim on this account whatsoever will

be entertained later.

22. All activities shall be carried out under the general direction and guidance of officer so

authorized by Joint Director (General Branch). The Caretaker, ESIC Colony, Noida is immediate

responsible official posted by ESIC for looking after works related to ESIC Colony. The operation

of RO plant and supply of water will be prima facie done as per directions of Caretaker.

23. The Contractor shall maintain proper record / register as required under the Contract Labour

(Regulation and Abolition) Act 1970 and Rules and other relevant enactment’s thereon. The

records / registers shall be produced for verification / inspection as and when required by Department /

Central and State Government agencies. ESIC shall have powers to conduct checks regarding payments

of wages, ESI, EPF etc. if considered necessary.

24. The contractor shall comply with all the requirement of labour laws in respect of the manpower

engaged by him in this work.

25. The contractor’s monthly bills should be supported with attendance record of manpower, daily

log sheet of operation/running of plant, supply schedule of RO water to the staff quarters. The

Caretaker/Engineer-in-Charge, ESIC Colony shall also issue certificate regarding satisfactory

completion of work every month.

26. The ESIC shall recover at source, Income Tax & other levies as applicable from time to time on the

gross bill value, payable per month to the contractor and remit the same to the concerned

authorities.

27. Any amount due or recoverable from the contractor under this contract or any other contract

shall be recoverable, from the contractor as a debit payable by the contractor.

28. It shall be the sole responsibility of the contractor to settle dispute if any, arising out of the

engagement between himself and the personnel engaged by him and the management of ESIC

shall not in any way be responsible in the event, the personnel approach to the competent

authority/court, under any Act/Rules/Regulation. The entire expenses in this behalf shall be

borne by the contractor.

29. All disputes arising out of or in connection with the performance of work under this contract

during the currency or after the end of contract, shall be resolved with mutual discussions.

However, any disputes arising out of or in any way connected with the agreement, not settled

by the mutual discussion, shall be referred to the sole arbitrator appointed by Director

General, ESIC and his decisions shall be final, conclusive and binding on both the parties.

However, the contractor shall continue to perform its obligations under this agreement during

the arbitration period.

30. Rates quoted shall be firm or fixed during the period of contract and are inclusive of cost of

manpower, materials/consumables, maintenance of machines/equipments, tools and plants,

transportation and insurance etc. excluding GST which will be paid as applicable from time to

time. No escalation of whatsoever nature or any extra cost/charge shall be payable during the

period of contract.

II) Terms &Conditions:-

1. RO Plant operation shall be ensured on all the days ie. 365 days in one calendar year for

supply of sufficient water as required.

2. Contractor should provide all Tools & Tackles as required for proper functioning of RO Plant.

3. Contractor Should provide all safety kits to its manpower.

4. Arrangement for field testing of water i.e. Hardness, PH, Turbidity, Color should be always

available at the site for that testing kit and instrument is to be provided by contractor.

5. The contractor should provide Preventive Maintenance service periodically i.e. once in 3

months through offering a visit by a Engineer/Chemist to ensure the overall health of plant,

the report to be submitted to Joint Director (General Branch) through Caretaker.

6. All the materials, spare parts, consumable will be arranged by contractor/agency.

7. The instructions given to the Contractor from time to time should be properly carried out

and necessary records of action taken should be maintained in a Log Book.

8. Any damages caused by the Contractor in existing facilities / machine while carrying out the

work shall be made good by the contractor to entire satisfaction of ESIC at their own risk and

cost.

9. The contractor should fulfill all statutory requirements pertaining to satisfactory

performance of the job etc.

10. The firm/ agency/ contractor shall fulfill the requirement of various law enforcing agencies /

local authorities, such as Pollution Control Board, Directorate of Electricity Safety, fire etc.,

by taking their approvals wherever needed.

11. In case any of staff/manpower deployed by contractor/agency is not found up to mark or not

able to perform work properly or found medically unfit or found indulged in indiscipline, he

will have to be changed as per the instruction of ESIC.

12. No advance payment will be made to the Contractor. Monthly payment/s will be released

after submission of bill complete in all respect after the end of the month and satisfactory

completion of job, which is to be certified by the Caretaker/Engineer In-charge. The bill will

be submitted on monthly basis ie. within seven days of next month for every completed

month. Delay in submission of bill will attract levy of penalty @1% of actual bill for per week

subject to maximum 5%.

13. Service provider must provide one (01) year comprehensive on-site warranty for all the

items which shall be replaced and it will be started from the date of the satisfactory

installation of the item against any defect, workmanship and poor quality. The replaced

component/s will be handed over to ESIC Caretaker/Engineer in-charge or its representative.

14. All the contractor’s employees posted and working in ESIC premises for the above-

mentioned work should be covered under ESIC making statutory contribution under ESIC Act

as per Govt. laws.

15. The Contractor at all times should indemnify ESIC against all claims, damages or

compensation under the provisions of Payment of Wages Act, 1936; Minimum Wages Act,

1948; Employer’s Liability Act, 1938; The Workmen Compensation Act, 1923; Industrial Disputes

Act, 1947; Maternity Benefit Act, 1961; or any modification thereof or any other law relating thereto

and rules made there under from time to time. ESIC will not own any responsibility in this regard.

16. The Caretaker shall be at liberty to object to and advice the Contractor to remove forthwith

from the work any person provided by the Contractor, who in the opinion of the Caretaker,

misconducts himself, or is incompetent or negligent in the proper performance of his duties,

or whose presence on Site is otherwise considered by the Caretaker to be undesirable, and

such person shall not be again allowed upon the work without the consent of the Caretaker.

Any person so removed from the work shall be replaced as soon as possible by a

trained/skilled person approved by the ESIC.

17. The Contractor shall, throughout the execution and completion of the works and the

remedying of any defects therein:

a) Have full regard for the safety of all persons entitled to be upon the site and keep the site

(so far as the same in under his control) and the Works (so far as the same are not completed

or occupied by the Employer) in an orderly state appropriate to the avoidance of danger to

such persons, and

b) Take all reasonable steps to protect the environment on and off the site and to avoid

damage or nuisance to persons or to property of the public or others resulting from

pollution, noise or other causes arising as a consequence of his methods or Repair.

18. During the Comprehensive Operation and Maintenance period for loss or damage to

property and life arising from a cause for which contractor is responsible. For loss or damage

occasioned by the Contractor in the course of any Repairs carried out by him for the purpose

of complying with his obligations. It shall be responsibility of contractor to notify the

Insurance Company of any change in the nature and extent of the works and to ensure the

adequacy of the insurance cover all times during the period of contract.

19. The Contractor shall, except if and so far as the Contract provides otherwise, indemnify the

Employer against all losses and claims in respect of:

a) death of or injury to any person, or

b) loss or damage to any property (other than the works)

20. The Comprehensive Operation and Maintenance work shall be for a period of One Year or as

mentioned in the letter of commencement and shall start from the date of issue of letter of

commencement and shall stand terminated after the expiry of one year if not extended.

21. Contractor may terminate the operation and maintenance contract by giving one month

prior notice. However, he will not leave the work till ESIC makes any alternate arrangements

for operation and maintenance of RO plant.

22. In case of default on the part of the Contractor in carrying out defect rectification works, the

ESIC shall be entitled to employ and pay other persons / contractor to carryout

the same and if such work, in the opinion of the ESIC, the Contractor was liable to do at his

own cost under the Contract, then all costs consequent thereon or incidental thereto shall

be determined by the ESIC and shall be recoverable from the Contractor by the Employer,

and may be deducted by the Employer from any amount due or to become due to the

Contractor.

23. The bidders are required to visit the plant site to see the actual installations themselves to

assess the quantum of work involved before submitting the tender. Once the tender is

submitted, it will be presumed that the tenderer has seen and understood the complete

work involved for each of the system.

24. The firm shall rectify any breakdown within 24 hours failing which penalty for non-

performance @ 0.5 % of monthly bill amount per day of delay subject to a maximum of 10%

of the contract price will be imposed and in the event of any damage to the property or life

or any machinery and installation in the RO arising out of non-performance or negligence of the

workers, contractor will be solely responsible. The contractor shall be responsible for proper

maintenance of decorum, punctuality, discipline and work out put etc.

PART - IV DUTIES AND OBLIGATIONS

1. Duties of Operators & Staff Employed:

The Contractor should submit the names of the persons engaged for the work and they have to

report to the Engineer-In-Charge on day-to-day basis. Persons employed should not be changed

frequently. In case of change the same will be intimated to the employer.

Operation and the maintenance of RO and WTP system comprising of various pumps, motors,

booster pump, pipelines, softener feed pump, filter feed pump, treated tank, etc. together with the

electrical panels and connections. The Contractor has to keep the area of plant neat and clean.

2. Repairs:

Under no circumstances plant should remain under breakdown for more than 03 hours. In the event

of breakdown/shut down the onus of attending to the problem in the shortest possible time will

rest on the Contractor failing which ESIC is empowered to get the breakdown/shut down any defect

rectified from any outside agency at the risk and cost of the Contractor and make necessary

deductions from their bills. The Contractor has to keep all the area and surroundings at the site neat

and clean and dump the scrapped materials at the scrap yard.

It will be Contractor’s responsibility to maintain RO Plant in healthy state of operation all the time,

to plan and undertake preventive maintenance of RO at regular intervals and attend routine repair

& maintenance activity as & when required. Contractor should make a service report for all the

maintenance jobs carried out and get it counter signed by the Caretaker/Engineer in-charge. The

ESIC will provide necessary registers.

Contractor has to carry out testing of water at the regular interval of every three month and

whenever felt necessary as instructed to do so by the ESIC from reputed lab and furnish the test

reports to the Joint Director (General Branch) through Caretaker. The bills of water testing will be

reimbursed by ESIC on production of invoice of laboratory & test report. Contractor should keep

logbook, on site test reports etc. up to date.

3. Default of Contractor

(a) If the performance of the contractor is not satisfactory and not corrected within 15 days

of receiving notice, then employer shall be at liberty to terminate the contract and get the

work executed through other means at the risk and cost of the Contractor.

(b) In the event of termination of the contract, the employer shall be at liberty to get

balance work done at the risk and cost the contractor and due payment of the contractor, if

any shall be released after the completion of whole of the works.

4. Force Majeure:-

For purposes of this clause, “Force Majeure” means an event beyond the control of the service

provider and not involving the contractor/service provider’s fault or negligence and not foreseeable.

Such events may include, but are not limited to, acts of the service provider either in its sovereign or

contractual capacity, wars or revolutions, fires, floods, epidemics, quarantine restrictions and freight

embargoes.

If a Force Majeure situation arises, the contractor/ service provider shall promptly notify the ESIC in

writing of such conditions and the cause thereof. Unless otherwise directed by the employer in

writing, the service provider shall continue to perform its obligations under the contract as far as is

reasonably practical, and shall seek all reasonable alternative means for performance not prevented

by the force majeure event.

1. The bidders have to take into consideration latest minimum wages declared by the Central

Government as the minimum bench mark for calculating the rates for manpower deployment. Comprehensive maintenance includes supply of chemicals/consumables as per requirement and repair/replacement of parts/machines of RO plant to keep it in operational condition all the times.

2. Testing of water sample from reputed lab for drinking purpose (before & after treatment)

shall be done by the bidder once in every three month and/or as per direction and its charges will be reimbursed separately.

CONTRACT AGREEMENT

This Contract (Hereinafter called the “Contract”) is made on ______________________ day of

the month of ________________2019 between Joint Director (Gen. Br.), Employees’ State Insurance

Corporation, Hqrs. Office, Panchdeep Bhawan, CIG Marg, New Delhi – 110 002, on the one hand

(hereinafter called the employer) and on the other hand

______________________________________ (hereinafter called Contractor).

Whereas a) The Employer has accepted the offer of the Contractor to provide certain services for

maintenance of RO Plant at ESIC Staff Colony, Sector-56, Noida.

b) The contractor, having represented to the Employer that they have the required professional

skill, personnel and technical resources, have agreed to provide the services on the terms and

conditions set forth in this Contract Agreement.

Now therefore the parties hereto hereby agree as follows:-

Terms &Conditions:-

1. Contractor shall deploy personnel for operation & maintenance of RO Plant generally for 14

hours daily as & when required including holidays (all days in a month) at the agreed rates as

per agreement & to the satisfaction of the ESIC representative. Nothing extra shall be paid on

this account.

2. Contractor shall record all breakdowns, readings in Log Book and arrange to attend the

breakdowns promptly. The O&M work of the installation shall be carried out with the help of

Technical Staff and RO cleaning system shall be used for the cleaning of Membranes as & when

required.

3. All spares, chemicals & consumables required for smooth operation of the system shall be

supplied by contractor.

4. Contractor shall deploy adequate Technical Staff, so as to attend the breakdowns and ensure

smooth operation and running of the R.O. Plant.

5. Contractor shall maintain record of reading of various metering system and other records as

may be desired by ESIC from time to time.

6. Unjustified delay in running of services and rectification of breakdown shall be treated as

breach of contract. The contractor shall be liable for deduction from its Running Bill/Final bill a

reasonable amount as may be assessed by ESIC representative and will be binding on to the

contractor.

7. All tools required for carrying out the work shall be arranged by the Contractor at its own cost

and shall always be available at site.

8. Contractor shall abide by all labour laws as enforced by the Government from time to time.

9. For all disputes regarding labour, the contractor shall be responsible and must maintain

discipline and peace at place of work.

10. Contractor shall regularly test R.O. water sample at site with required parameters as per norms

and keeping the plant in operation with antiscalent Chemical and PH Correction System, etc.

11. Contractor shall be responsible for operation & maintenance of complete RO plant for 14 hours

daily. Sufficient quantity of water should be stored well in advance before opening of the

supply of water.

12. The maintenance of RO plant without electrical panel/High pressure pump should not be done.

13. Terms of Payment:

Monthly payment on account of job executed will be released on receipt of bill.

14. Termination of Contract:

The contract can be terminated anytime during the contract period by giving one month’s

notice on account of unsatisfactory services by the contractor.

15. Period of Contract

The contract shall be valid for 1 year w.e.f._____________. The contract can be further

extended subject to satisfactory services by the contractor.
