The Spill Meeting for 12
December is CANCELLED. It is no longer required due to results from the AGM on 28 November 2012. (ASX Release 28 November).
Timelapse of the Facility development to be available on the website soon.
Newsletter not available from 20 December 2012. It will resume on 10 January 2013.
Construction has increased at Red Gully as
civil works near completion enabling important
works to progress.
Further development of the Export
Compressor area has been undertaken with
the assembly of the acoustic enclosure
framework and connecting pipework to the
main piperack.
Major civil works including the concrete
supports for the condensate tanks and
produced water tanks have been poured. Over
two thirds of the concrete has now been
installed at the Facility.
As concrete footings are completed, various
mechanical packages and equipment are
being positioned into place allowing the
installation of further piping to occur.
The electrical workforce has now been
mobilised to the site and have begun putting in
cable trays along the piperack.
The pressure vessels (shown in Empire ‘blue’
in below and the right photos), manufactured
in Henderson, are now on site awaiting
installation.
The Export Pipeline pressure testing has been
successfully completed. The pipeline is now
being cleaned out and dried by passing ‘pigs’
along its entire 3.2km length.
Since last week the installation of the concrete
supports for the Condensate Tanks were poured.
They sit on top of a reinforced foundation (top right
and middle right). The electrical workforce has
begun to install cable trays along the piperack
(below right). Equipment continues to arrive
regularly on site including the pressure vessels in
Empire ‘blue’ (below).
