New Pickles!

Barbequing season is just around the corner, so come in and grab a bottle of your favorite morning

show’s very own Bloody Mary Mix.

Serves: 4 people Prep Time: 20 min Cook Time: 25 min

Directions: Preheat oven to 400F and season lamb. Rub Olive Oil and then Garlic Salt, Pepper & Rosemary to taste. Cook Lamb in a frying pan on high for 2-3 min, searing all over. Then transfer Lamb to oven and back for 20 min. This cooks the lamb medium-rare (Lamb is generally cooked more rare than Beef). Then let sit in foil for 20 min. Scattered bread cubes on baking tray and drizzle with Olive Oil and season. Toss to coat evenly. Place tomatoes on another tray and bake both for 12 min. Whisk Lemon Juice, Garlic & Brown Sugar together to make the dressing. Place Lettuce, Fetta, Croutons, and Tomatoes in a bowl and toss. Then slice lamb and serve on top of salad!

Ingredients: • ½ cut of Leg of Lamb* • Jovia Groves Olive Oil* • French Baguette cut into

cubes • Cherry Tomatoes • Feta Cheese crumbles • Garlic Salt (or crushed

garlic), Pepper & Rosemary

• 1 Lemon Juice • 1 Garlic Clove Crushed • 1 Tsp Brown Sugar *ingredients found in our store!
