1. General Description

The eMAG Marketplace module helps you integrate your Magento store with the eMAG Marketplace

vendor platform. This will allow your store to:

● Automatically send product documentation (titles, descriptions, images, etc.), product price info

and product stock info, to the eMAG Marketplace platform.

● Automatically send new products and any updates for previously sent products.

● Automatically receive orders from the eMAG Marketplace platform and import them in your

Magento store.

● Automatically send order updates to the eMAG Marketplace platform.

● Upload an invoice to eMAG Marketplace

● Generate AWB’s for imported eMAG orders

2. Prerequisites

The plugin is compatible with Magento version 1.9. It requires PHP 5.6 minimum and to have the cURL

extension enabled.

Before using the plugin you need to:

- have an active eMag Marketplace Seller account.

- configure your eMag Marketplace Seller account, according to your bussiness’s needs.

- add a courier account, in case you want to generate AWBs through the eMag Marketplace

module.

- whitelist your site’s IP address in the eMAG Marketplace platform, from your eMAG Seller

account. If you need help with this step please contact eMAG Marketplace team.

To automatically import new orders placed on eMAG Marketplace, it is required to communicate a

callback url to the eMAG Marketplace team, used by eMAG to notify your website of new orders placed.

This url has the format: <website url>/emkp_new_order/index/ping?order_id=

Replace <website url> with your website url.

Note: If this url is not set by the eMAG team, you can not receive and import new orders from eMAG

Marketplace.

You can use the “Message Center” to send this request to the eMag Team, from your eMag Marketplace

seller account:

3. Installation

1) Install the plugin from the official Magento marketplace

2) Configure the settings as described bellow

3) If after installation on the plugins pages you find a 404 error , please logout and login back into

admin area

4. Main Configuration

Navigate to the System Configuration submenu page from the main Magento admin menu.

There you will find the settings for the entire eMAG Marketplace Plugin.

The module settings can be found under the eMAG Marketplace settings group on the left column.

On the first tab („API Settings”) you will need to fill in API URL, Username and Password (provided to you

by the eMAG Marketplace representative) and chose the locale and the currency of your store.

API URL will be filled in depending on the country in which you trying to connect to the eMAG platform.

It can be found in the eMAG Marketplace API Documentation:

Note: Don’t forget to click Save Config on each tab before navigating to another page or tab, otherwise

the changes will NOT be saved.

After saving your data, you can test the connection to the eMAG Marketplace API by clicking the Test

Connection button. You will receive a success or an error message.

In case of an error message, please check that you API login data is correct, and that your IP address is

whitelisted in your eMAG Marketplace Seller account.

In case you do not have any courier accounts associated with your Seller account, you will receive an

error message:

To generate AWBs using the eMag Marketplace Connector extension, you are required to add at least

one active courier account in your eMag Marketplace Seller account. After adding the courier account,

you need to click the Save Config button, in the API Settings section again in order to import the account

into your Magento store.

On the tab „Products Settings” you need to fill in information related to products.

Products Queue Limit represents the number of products sent to eMAG Marketplace on each CRON run.

We recommend a value of 50.

Handling Time represents the handling time, in number of days counted from the day the order was

received. If handling time = 0 the order will be shipped the same day it is received.

VAT Rate is the tax applied to you products. After installing the module, it is required that you import

the eMAG VAT Rates, by clicking the Import VAT Rates. After importing you can select a value from the

dropdown.

If values for the Handling Time and VAT Rate fields are missing, it means that a successful connection to

the eMag Marketplace API has not been established, and you need to recheck the connection details in

the previous API Settings section.

Min Sale Price and Max Sale Price represent the percentage that will be subtracted, respectively added

to each product’s price in order to be validated by eMAG Marketplace. An offer published in eMAG

Marketplace will not be validated or sold with a price value smaller than the initial publish price minus

the Min Sale Price percentage of that initial price, or a price value higher than the initial publish price

plus the Max Sale Price percentage of that initial price (For an initial product price of 100 , Min Sale

Price set at 40 , and Max Sale Price set at 50, the product will not be sold with a value less than 60 , or

higher than 150).

NOTE: Allowed values for “Handling Time” field are set for each seller individually and can be one of the

following values: 0, 1, 2, 6, 9.

On the “Order Settings” tab, you you need to fill in the Magento order statuses that correspond with the

eMag statuses.

For Initial, Finalized and Cancelled status order the value will be selected according to the requirements.

It is recommended to use Magento Order Pending status for Initial Order Status;

Magento Order Complete status for Finalized order status;

Magento Order Cancelled for Cancelled order status.

Note: You will not be able to change order status if the change is not allowed in eMAG.

On the „Payments Settings” tab you will need to map each eMAG payment method with the

corresponding Magento payment method.

Note: The payment methods that are selected here , need to be enabled in Magento settings.

On the “Shipping Settings” tab you need to set the default “Shipping Method” with which the orders

imported from eMag will be created with.

Shipping method represents the default shipping method with which eMag Marketplace orders are

imported. It will have active Magento shipping methods as options.

If you wish to generate AWBs, you need to provide information used to generate the AWBs and to

import the localities list from eMAG.

Note: If you do not plan to generate AWBs using the eMag Marketplace Connector, you can set only

the “Shipping Method”, the other fields are used for generating AWBs.

It is very important to import the localities list, by clicking the Import Localities button. AWBs can not

be generated without localities.

After a successful Localities import, you will receive a success message:

Localities are also imported and updated automatically, once a week, every Monday at 05:11, through

the Localities Import CRON job. If you need to update the localities immediately, you can click the

Import Localities button to trigger the import.

The last tab is „Alerts” where you need to provide an email address for each notification type.

5. CRON Jobs

For this module to work properly it is required that the Magento CRON Job is active and working.

It is recommended set up the CRON following the official Magento documentation.

If it is not already set, generally it can be set using the following example:

The command for the CRON job is:

● * * * * * php <website root path>/cron.php

* <website root path> must be replaced with your Magento installation root folder path.

Alternatively you can use:

● * * * * * /bin/sh <website root path>/cron.sh

* <website root path> must be replaced with your Magento installation root folder path.

Or

● * * * * * curl -L -s <website url>/cron.php

* <website url> must be replaced with your website url.

The module uses five CRON jobs, that:

- Publish products and product updates to the eMAG Marketplace Platform (runs every 10

minutes)

- Imports orders placed on the eMAG Marketplace Platform into your Magento store (runs every

10 minutes)

- Reads the validation status of previously published products (runs every 30 minutes)

- Deletes PDF invoices uploaded to eMag Marketplace, that are older than 30 days (once a day)

- Reads and updates the shipping localities (once a week)

6. Category Mapping

Navigate on Categories and Characteristics Mapping submenu under the eMAG Marketplace section

from the main Magento admin menu, and then the mapping page will appear.

Before you can create a new mapping, you must import categories from eMAG. To do that, just click

Import Categories and Characteristics. This operation may take several minutes, depending on the

resources of the server where your website is hosted on. In case this import is not finalized successfully,

ask you hosting provider for help.

Click the Add New button and you will be redirected to the following page.

Choose an eMAG Category and your Magento category. Before leaving the page, click Save button,

otherwise the category mapping will not be saved. After saving the Characteristics Mapping tab will

become visible.

You can map multiple Magento categories to the same eMAG category.

This mapping is required in order to publish a product on eMag Marketplace. Any product we wish to

publish, needs to be included into an eMag mapped Magento category.

7. Characteristics Mapping

To edit the characteristics mappings click the Characteristics Mapping tab. This tab is accessible only after saving the associated category mapping.

This is where you map your product attributes to the eMAG characteristics of the categories you have

mapped.

A list of all eMAG characteristics is shown.

For each of the eMAG required characteristics, select the appropriate attribute from your store and click

the Save button.

Depending on each characteristic, the values you set for it’s associated attribute can allow new values,

or must be set from an existing list of values. If you need help with this step please contact eMAG

Marketplace team.

The required characteristics from eMAG have red color, and they are mandatory. Depending on each

characteristic, it can allow new values to be added, or it is required that the values are selected from a

predetermined list of possible options. If you need help with this step please contact eMAG Marketplace

team.

8. Publishing Products To eMAG Marketplace

The products you wish to publish to eMAG Marketplace must fulfill the following requirements:

● be a simple product

● have a Price

● have an SKU

● have Manage stock option set to Yes

● have a positive numeric value for the field Qty

● have the In stock value set for the Stock Availability field

● have the category mapped to an eMAG Category

● have all required characteristics from product category added to the Attribute Set with which

the product is created

● have the checkbox Visible in eMAG Marketplace checked

● the field eMAG Brand must contain a value consistent with the eMAG brands

● have at least one image

The last two fields can be found on the eMAG Marketplace tab.

Alongside the Visible in eMAG Marketplace and eMAG Brand fields from the eMAG Marketplace tab you

will find the Warranty and the eMAG Part Number Key (PNK) fields.

The Warranty field represents the product warranty in months and it’s optional; if it’s empty eMAG

considers that the product has no warranty.

The eMAG Part Number Key is used to associate a Magento product with an existing eMAG product and

it’s also optional; NOTE: you can’t delete the association a product after you but you can change it,

respectively associate it with another product.

The EAN field is mandatory if the product belongs to a mapped eMAG category the has EAN mandatory.

If the product category is not with EAN mandatory, then the field is optional. This field represents the

barcode associated to the product.

Variable products require the same steps and fields to be completed but also have some differences.

The SKU, Regular price, Stock status, Manage Stock, Stock Quantity, Visible To Marketplace and eMAG

Part Number Key must be set for each variation.

NOTE: The variations must also be enabled in order to be sent to eMAG Marketplace.

In case you receive an error message when saving a product, that marked as Visible to eMag

Marketplace (has value set as Yes), the Visible to eMag Marketplace is automatically disabled. After

solving the issue pointed out by the error message, you need to set the Visible to eMag Marketplace

field to value Yes again and save the product.

After successfully saving a product marked as Visible to eMag Marketplace(Yes), there is no other action

required in order for the product to be published. When the product send CRON runs , the product is

automatically sent to eMag Marketplace. In case an error occurs, you will by notified on the alert email,

and need to solve the issue, and save the product again.

After the product status validation import cron job has finished, the information in the Status,

Validation Status, Offer Validation Status are updated. In case the information for the product

has not passed eMAG validation , details about the reason will be shown in the Validation

Status field.

9. Processing And Updating Orders From eMAG Marketplace

The orders will be received automatically from eMAG Marketplace. For example, if a new order is

created in the eMAG Marketplace, then the order will appear in Magento Sales Orders list after import.

On the order view page of an order imported from eMAG Marketplace, there two new tabs added:

eMAG Invoice and eMAG AWB

In the Purchased From section you will find useful information about the eMag order imported.

10 . Uploading Invoices

To upload an invoice for an order you need to navigate to order view page. There click on the eMag

Invoice tab. Click on “Choose file”, select the PDF file of the invoice then click on “Upload Invoice”

button. This will upload the order on your server and will send the link to eMAG.

11 . Generating AWBs

In order to generate an AWB for an order you need to navigate to order view page. After clicking the

eMag AWB tab you will find an area like the one in the image below. Choose a courier, fill in the asked

information and click on the “Save AWB” button.

You can generate as many AWBs as you need for an order.

Note: The “Weight of the delivery field” is calculated based on the “Weight” attribute value of the

products in the order. If the products do not have weight values set up, the field will remain empty (it is

optional), or the value can be entered manually.

12 . Downloading AWBs

You can download an AWB by selecting the format you need and clicking on “Download AWB” button in

the eMag AWB list as in the image bellow. The AWB will be downloaded in PDF format.

13 . Important Notes

a. VAT and Currency

It is mandatory that the Tax Rate set in the Magento Configuration and applied to products

and the Currency used to create the Magento products correspond with the VAT Rate value

set in the Product Settings tab, and the Currency setting under Api Settings , in the eMag

Marketplace plugin settings section.

b. Error Alerts

It is mandatory to set an email address in the Alert Settings section , to receive notifications

and details of potential issues regarding product publishing or order importing processes.

When attempting to import eMag orders, if a product is not found , is out of stock or can

not be added to the order for some reason, the order is not created in Magento, and there

will be no further attempts to import the order. Manual intervention is needed in this case,

using the error information provided by email to the alert email address.

c. Status Order

For initial status order, finalized and cancelled status order the value will be selected

according to the requirements.

d. Editing Order Without Discount Voucher

If an order contains a discount voucher, and the order is edited, eMAG can recalculate the

total discount. This order and any edited order is flagged to be resynchronized, when the

import CRON job runs.

The discount value, and totals of the order in Magento may be modified when the order is

resynchronized with the eMAG order.

Any order, when it is updated/edited will be flagged for resynchronizing.

An order flagged for resynchronizing will be shown in the Purchased From information

section as Status Pending. An order which has been synchronized will have status

Synchronized.

1. Informații generale

Extensia eMAG Marketplace facilitează integrarea magazinului Magento 1 cu platforma eMAG

Marketplace. Extensia vă permite să:

● Trimiteți în mod automat documentația produselor (titlu, descriere, imagini, etc), informații

despre preț și stoc către platforma eMAG Marketplace.

● Trimiteți în mod automat produse noi sau actualizări pentru cele existente.

● Primiți și importați în mod automat comenzi din platforma eMAG Marketplace direct în

magazinul dumneavoastră Magento.

● Trimiteți actualizări în mod automat pentru comenzile provenite din platforma eMAG

Marketplace.

● Să atasati factură la comanda eMAG

● Sa generati AWB-uri pentru comenzile importate din eMAG

2. Cerințe preliminare

Extensia este compatibilă cu Magento versiunea 1.9. Este necesar ca versiunea dumneavoastră de PHP

sa fie minim 5.6 și sa aibă extensia cURL activată.

Înainte de a utiliza această extensie este necesar să:

- aveți un cont de Seller pe aplicatia eMag Marketplace.

- să configurați contul de seller eMag Marketplace, in functie de necesitatile bussiness-ului

dumneavoastră.

- adăugați cont de curieri, in cazul in care generati AWB-uri prin intermediul eMag.

- adăugați IP-ul site-ului dumneavoastră în lista cu IP-uri permise, in contul dumneavoastră de

Seller in aplicatia eMAG Marketplace. În cazul în care aveți nevoie de ajutor cu acest pas vă

rugăm să contactați echipa eMAG Marketplace.

Pentru importarea automată a comenzilor din eMAG Marketplace, este necesar să comunicati echipei

eMAG url-ul din site-ul dumneavoastră către care plaforma eMAG Marketplace va transmite notificarea

pentru comenzi noi.

Acest url are forma: <website url>/emkp_new_order/index/ping?order_id=

Inlocuiti <website url> cu adresa site-ului dumneavoastră.

Nota: Fără setarea acestui url de către echipa eMAG nu se pot importa comenzile plasate in eMAG

Marketplace.

Pentru a trimite acesta cerere echipei eMag, se poate folosi functionalitatea de “Mesagerie” din contul

dumneavoastra de seller eMag Marketplace:

3. Instalare

1) Instalați extensia din marketplace-ul oficial Magento.

2) Configurați extensia conform pașilor de mai jos.

3) Daca , dupa instalare, la navigarea pe paginile legate de acest plugin, primiti o eroare de tip 404,

iesiti din contul de administrator si autentificati-va din nou.

4. Configurație principală

Navigați pe pagina System Configuration din meniul principal de administrare Magento.

În această pagina veți găsi toate setările pentru extensia eMAG Marketplace.

Setarile extensiei se gasesc in coloana din stanga in grupul numit eMag Marketplace

În primul tab (”API Settings”) este necesar sa completați API URL, Username și Password (furnizate de

către reprezentantul eMAG Marketplace) și să selectați limba (Locale), respectiv moneda (Currency)

pentru magazinul dumneavoastră.

API URL va fi completat in functie de tara in care se vrea conectarea cu eMAG Markeplace, si poate fi

preluat din documentatia oficiala eMAG Marketplace API Documentation :

Notă: Nu uitați sa dați click pe butonul Save Config. În cazul in care navigați pe o altă pagină fără să dați

click pe butonul respectiv modificările dumneavoastră nu vor fi salvate.

Dupa salvarea setarilor, in orice moment se poate testa accesul la API-ul eMAG Marketplace folosind

butonul Test Connection, si va fi afisat un mesaj care spune daca s-a reusit accesarea.

In momentul conectării cu succes, se realizează importul de valori TVA, valorile permise de Handling

Time, și conturile de curieri asociate contului dumneavoastră de eMAG Marketplace.

In cazul in care este necesară actualizarea acestor valori, in urma modificării lor in contul dumneavoastră

de seller eMag Markteplace, se poate da click din nou pe butonul Save Config, din tabul ”API Settings”, și

datele respective vor fi re-importate.

În cazul în care nu s-a reușit conectarea la API, verificați datele de conectare și că IP-ul dumneavoastră a

fost adăugat în lista IP-uri permise în contul dumneavoastră de Seller în aplicația eMAG Marketplace.

In cazul in care nu aveti adăugate in contul dumneavoastră de eMag Marketplace Seller, conturi de

curieri, veti primi un mesaj de eroare:

Pentru a genera AWB-uri folosind extensia eMAG Marketplace Connector, este necesar să vă adăugati

un cont de curier activ in contul dumneavoastră de seller eMag Marketplace. Dupa ce acest cont de

curier a fost adăugat, se va da click din nou pe ”Save Config” din tab-ul API Settings pentru a importa

acest cont in magazinul dumneavoastră Magento.

Dacă nu doriti sa generati AWB-uri prin extensia eMAG Marketplace Connector se poate ignora acel

mesaj de eroare si se trece la pasii urmatori.

În cel de al doilea tab, ”Products”, este necesar să completați informații în legătură cu produsele

dumneavoastră.

Products Queue Limit reprezintă numărul de produse trimise sau actualizări trimise către platforma

eMAG Marketplace la fiecare rulare de CRON. Este recomandat ca acest numar sa nu fie mai mare de

50.

Handling Time reprezintă numărul de zile necesar expedierii comenzii, numărate începând cu ziua

primirii comenzii. În cazul în care Handling Time este zero, eMAG va considera ca veți expedia comanda

în ziua primirii acesteia.

VAT Rate reprezintă TVA-ul produselor dumneavoastră. Dupa instalare, este necesar sa importati

valorile permise pentru TVA , apasand butonul Import VAT Rates, dupa care poate fi selectata valoarea.

Daca valorile pentru Vat Rate si Handling Time lipsesc, inseamna ca nu a fost facuta cu succes

conexiunea la API-ul eMag si trebuie sa verificati acest aspect, folosind pasii anteriori din tab-ul API

Settings.

Min Sale Price și Max Sale Price reprezintă procentul care va fi scăzut, respectiv adăugat la prețul

produselor dumneavoastră pentru a fi validat de către eMAG Marketplace. Un produs publicat in eMAG

nu va putea fi validat sau vândut cu un pret mai mic decat pretul trimis initial minus valoarea

procentajului Min Sale Price din acest pret, sau mai mare decat pretul initial plus valoarea procentajului

Max Sale Price (Pentru un pret initial publicat al unui produs de 100 , și valorile Min Sale Price cu

valoarea 40 si Max Sale Price de 50, produsul nu va fi vândut cu mai putin de 60 sau mai mult de 150).

Nota: Valorile permise pentru câmpul „Handling Time” sunt stabilite pentru fiecare seller in parte si

poate avea una din valorile: 0, 1, 2, 6, 9.

Următorul tab, ”Orders”, conține setări necesare comenzilor.

Initial status order reprezintă statusul pe care comenzile provenite din eMAG Marketplace îl vor avea

atunci cănd vor ajunge in magazinul dumneavoastră;

Finalized status order pe cel care îl vor avea comenzile finalizate;

Cancelled status order pe cel care îl vor avea comenzile anulate;

Notă: Nu veți putea seta un status al unei comenzi dacă schimbarea nu este permisă de către eMAG.

În următorul tab, ”Payments”, este necesar sa asociați fiecare metodă de plată din eMAG cu metoda de

plată corespunzătoare din magazinul dumneavoastră.

Notă: Este necesar sa asociati metode de plate active in magazinul dumneavoastra.

În tab-ul „Shipping” este necesar sa completați campul “Shipping Method”, care reprezintă metoda de

livrare care va fi folosita pentru comenzile provenite din eMAG Marketplace. Optional, se vor completa

informatiile in legatura cu livrarea comenzilor si generarea AWB-urilor.

Marketplace. Acest camp este obligatoriu.

Nota: Daca doriti sa generati AWB-uri folosind extensia eMAG Marketplace Connector, se vor

completa campurile urmatoare: Phone Number 1, Locality (dupa importarea localitatilor), si Street.

Daca nu doriti sa generati AWB-uri, este de ajuns setarea campului Shipping Method.

Inainte de completarea campurilor este necesar sa dati click pe butonul „Import Localities”. Fara acest

pas NU se vor putea genera AWB-uri.

Dupa terminarea cu succes a importului se primeste un mesaj de succes:

Localitățile se actualizeaza si automat , o data pe sapt (luni) la ora 5:11 , prin rularea automata a CRON-

ului de import localitati. Daca este nevoie de actualizare imediata, se poate da click din nou pe butonul

Import Localities .

Câmpurile Name, Contact Person si Zipcode vor fi completate automat de platforma eMAG Marketplace

la generarea AWB-urilor.

Ultimul tab, ”Alerts Settings”, este destinat configurării adresei de e-mail pentru notificare in caz de

alertă.

5. CRON-uri

Pentru o funcționare corespunzătoare a extensiei este necesar sa va asigurati ca este functioneaza

CRON-ul Magento.

Este recomandat sa urmariti pasii descrisi in documentatia oficiala Magento.

In cazul in care acesta nu este deja setat, in general poate fi setat dupa exemplul:

Comanda CRON:

* inlocuiti <website root path> cu calea fizica catre directorul radacina a instantei dumneavoastră

Magento.

Alternativ se poate folosi:

Extensia foloseste cinci CRON-uri, care:

- Publică produse si actualizări de informatii către platforma eMAG Marketplace (rulează la

fiecare 10 minunte)

- Importa comenzile plasate in eMAG Marketplace (rulează o data la 10 minute)

- Citeste status-ul de validare a produselor publicate in eMAG Marketplace (rulează la fiecare 30

de minunte)

- Sterge fisierele PDF trimise ca facturi in eMAG Marketplace, mai vechi de 30 de zile (rulează o

data pe zi)

- Citeste localitățile folosite la generarea AWB (rulează o data pe saptamana)

6. Asocierea categoriilor

Navigați în pagina Categories and Characteristics Mapping sub sectiunea eMag Marketplace și veți fi

întâmpinat de următoarea pagină.

Înainte de crearea unei noi asocieri este necesar să dați click pe butonul Import Categories and

Characteristics din partea de sus a paginii. Aceasta operatiune poate dura mai multe minute in functie

de resursele serverului pe care este hostata instanta Magento. In cazul in care nu se finalizeaza importul

cu succes, cereti ajutorul furnizorului dumneavoastra de hosting.

După finalizarea importului dați click pe butonul Add New și veti fi directionat catre următoarea pagină.

Alegeți o categorie eMAG si una Magento apoi dați click pe butonul Save. Dupa salvarea maparii, devine

vizibil si tabul Characteristics Mapping.

Puteți asocia mai multe categorii Magento la o categorie eMAG.

Aceasta asociere este necesara la publicarea produselor in eMag Marketplace. Un produs pe care il vrem

publicat, trebuie sa apartina unei categorii mapate cu o categorie eMag.

7. Asocierea caracteristicilor

Pentru a modifica asocierile caracteristicilor eMAG cu atributele Magento dați click pe tabul Characteristics Mappings pe pagina de editare a unei mapari de categorie (vizibil dupa salvarea maparii).

Pe pagina pe care veți ajunge veți asocia atributele produselor dumneavoastră cu caracteristicile eMAG

ale categoriilor asociate anterior.

Va fi afișată o lista cu caracteristicile eMAG.

Pentru fiecare caracteristică eMAG, alegeți atributul corespunzător din magazinul dumneavoastră, după

care dați click pe butonul Save din partea de jos a paginii.

In funcție de caracteristică, valorile atributului asociat, poate permite valori noi, sau este necesar să fie

parte dintr-o listă predefinită. În cazul în care aveți nevoie de ajutor cu acest pas vă rugăm să contactați

echipa eMAG Marketplace.

Caracteristicile obligatorii ale eMAG sunt afișate cu roșu.

8. Publicarea de produse în platforma eMAG Marketplace

Pentru a publica un produs în platforma eMAG Marketplace este necesar ca acesta să îndeplinească

următoarele cerințe:

● Trebuie sa fie produs de tip simplu

● Trebuie să aibă preț

● Trebuie să aibă SKU

● Trebuie sa aibă opțiunea Manage stock setata la valoarea Yes (activat)

● Trebuie sa aibă o valoare numerică pozitivă (sau zero) pentru câmpul Qty (cantitate)

● Trebuie sa aibă setata valoarea In stock pentru câmpul Stock Availability

● Trebuie sa aibă minim o poză

● Trebuie să aibă bifată categoria din care face parte, categorie mapată anterior la una din eMAG

● Trebuie să aibă toate atributele Magento, asociate caracteristicilor obligatorii completate

● Trebuie să aibă opțiunea Visible in eMAG Marketplace setata la valoarea Yes (activat)

● Câmpul eMAG Brand trebuie să conțină o valoare din lista brand-urilor eMAG

Ultimele două câmpuri se găsesc în tab-ul eMAG Marketplace din pagina de editare produs.

În același tab menționat anterior se găsesc și câmpurile Warranty (Garanție) și eMAG Part Number Key

(PNK).

Câmpul Warranty reprezintă numărul lunilor de garanție și completarea acestuia este opțională. În cazul

în care câmpul nu este completat, eMAG consideră că produsul nu beneficiază de garanție.

Part Number Key este utilizat pentru a asocia un produs Magento cu un produs eMAG existent și este,

de asemenea, opțional.

Câmpul EAN este obligatoriu daca produsul face parte dintr-o categorie care are EAN obligatoriu. In caz

contrar, acesta este opțional. Câmpul acesta reprezintă codul de bare asociat produsului.

Notă: o asociere, o dată creată, nu poate fi ștearsă însă poate fi schimbată, respectiv produsul Magento

poate fi asociat altui produs eMAG.

In cazul in care, pentru un produs marcat ca Visible to eMag Marketplace (valoarea Yes), la salvare

primiti un mesaj de eroare, campul Visible to eMag Marketplace este resetat. Dupa rezolvarea

problemei detaliata in eroare, este necesar sa setati din nou valoarea Yes pentru campul Visible to eMag

Marketplace si sa salvati produsul.

Dupa salvarea cu succes a produsului marcat ca Visible to eMag Marketplace: Yes, nu mai este nevoie de

alta actiune pentru a publica produsul. La urmatoarea rulare automata sau manuala a cronului de

publicare a produselor, va fi publicat in platforma eMag Marketplace. In cazul unei erori la publicarea

produsului, se primeste o notificare pe adresa de email de alerta, si dupa rezolvarea problemei detaliate

in email, se va salva din nou produsul.

Daca aveti produse cu pret special programat sa fi activat sau dezactivat la o data anume, este necesar

sa salvati din nou acele produse pentru a fi updatate in eMag Marketplace.

Dupa rularea cron-ului de verificare a validarii produselor in eMAG Marketplace, campurile

Emag Status, Validation Status, Offer Validation Status, vor fi populate cu informatii despre

status-ul publicarii produsului. In cazul in care documentarea produsului este respinsă la

verificarea in eMAG, dupa rularea cronului de preluare a status-urilor de validare, aceste erori

vor fi detaliate in campul Validation Status.

9. Procesarea și actualizarea comenzilor din eMAG Marketplace

Comenzile din eMAG Marketplace vor fi importate în mod automat în Magento în cazul în care aveți

CRON-urile de la punctul 5. configurate corespunzător. De exemplu, dacă o comandă nouă este creată in

eMAG Marketplace, aceasta va fi vizibila in lista de comenzi din magazinul dumneavoastră după import.

Aceasta va contine in partea stanga doua tab-uri noi, eMag Invoice si eMag AWB.

La comenzile provenite din eMag la sectiunea Purchased From, sunt afisate mai multe informatii despre

comanda eMag:

Comenzile noi, plasate in platforma eMag Marketplace sunt notificate automat de catre eMag la

plasarea lor. Id-urile nou primite sunt salvate intr-o lista si la rularea CRON-ului de import comenzi, sunt

citite si sunt create comenzi Magento cu datele citite din eMag Marketplace. Acest lucru se face

automat si nu este nevoie de alte actiuni din partea administratorului.

In cazul unei probleme la importul comenzii, detaliile despre eroare sunt trimise pe adresa de email

setata in zona Alerts.

O comanda importata va putea fi editata si/sau stornata, in functie de statusul in care se afla, urmand

pasii Magento pentru aceste operatiuni. Actualizarea in eMag Marketplace a acestor modificari se face

pe loc, dar in cazul recalcularii discountului (daca este aplicat un voucher pe comanda) pana la prima

rulare a cronului de sincronizare comenzi, este posibil sa difere valoarea discountului in comanda

Magento. Dupa sincronizare (rularea cronului), discountul este actualizat.

Implicit, in Magento, la stornarea unei comenzi platita online, nu se declanseaza o plata automata cu

valoarea stornata catre client. Daca folositi o extensie pentru procesarea platilor online, este necesar sa

va asigurati ca la stornare nu sunt efectuate automat plati inapoi catre client. Daca sunt neclaritati, va

rugam sa contactati echipa eMag, pentru clarificari legate de stornarea comenzilor platite online.

14 . Incărcarea facturilor

Pentru a incarca o factura a unei comenzi este necesar sa navigati pe pagina de vizualizare comandă.

Acolo veti gasi, in partea stanga tabul eMag Invoice.

Dati click pe “Choose file”, alegeti factura in format PDF apoi dati click pe butonul “Upload Invoice”.

15 . Generarea AWB-urilor

Pentru a genera un AWB pentru o comanda este necesar sa navigati pe pagina de vizualizare comandă.

Vizualizand tabul eMAG AWB veti gasi o zona asemanatoare cu cea din imagine. Alegeti un curier,

completați informațiile cerute si apoi apasați pe butonul „Save AWB”.

Notă: Câmpul “Weight of the delivery” este calculat si completat automat in formularul de AWB, in

conditiile in care produsele din comanda au completat câmpul “Weight”(Greutate). Daca produsele nu

au completate valorile pentru “weight”, campul ramane gol (este optional), sau poate fi completat

manual.

16 . Descărcarea AWB-urilor

După generarea AWB-urilor, deasupra zonei anterioare va fi vizibilă lista acestora. Pentru a descărca un

AWB este necesar să selectati formatul dorit si să apăsati pe butonul „Download AWB” din dreptul AWB-

ului pe care doriti sa il descărcati. Acesta va fi descărcat in format PDF.

13. Note importante

a. TVA si Valuta

Este necesar ca valoarea TVA-ului aplicat pe produse, si valuta (currency) cu care sunt setate

preturile in Magento să corespundă cu valoarea câmpului VAT Rate din tab-ul Products si

Currency din tab-ul Product Settings din setările extensiei eMAG Marketplace.

b. Alerte erori Este important sa va setati o adresa de email in zona Alert Settings , pentru a primi detalii

despre posibile probleme de sincronizari de produse sau comenzi. Daca un produs din

comanda eMag pentru care se incearca importarea, nu este gasit in Magento,nu mai este

in stoc, sau apar alte exceptii, comanda nu este creata in Magento si nu se mai incearca

importarea ei, si este nevoie de interventie manuala , plecand de la detaliile din email.

c. Statusurile comenzilor

Statusul inițial al comenzilor, respectiv statusurile pentru comenzile finalizate sau anulate

trebuie configurate conform specificațiilor.

d. Modificarea comenzilor fără vouchere

În cazul în care este modificată o comandă care conține un voucher, eMAG poate recalcula

discount-ul total. Comanda este marcată pentru resincronizare la rularea CRON-ului.

Valoarea discount-ului poate suferi modificări la resincronizarea cu eMAG.

Orice comandă din eMAG este marcată pentru resincronizare atunci când este

modificată/actualizată.

O comanda marcata pentru actualizare va avea la zona de informatii eMag, la status

valoarea Pending , iar o comanda sincronizata va avea valoarea Synhronised.

e. Modificarea comenzilor

La modificarea comenzilor aflate in statusul initial, datele clientului (nume, email, adrese)

care a plasat comanda nu se modifica in eMAG, se recomanda sa nu se modifice nici in

Magento.
