format, where it brings specialised beauty, nail, brow and lash treatments not commonly found in most
salons in India.
These services retain ELLE ’s premium International touch with exceptional quality but will be rendered
to customers in a smaller physical format. Thus giving advantage of smaller space with lesser capital
expenditure at the same time preserving superior attributes of ELLE services conventionally delivered
in larger physical format.

Business Development
Support franchisor for business development in area under the control of the Country Franchisee.
Stylist ManagementUnit Franchisee has to hire and manage artists.
Franchisor will assist in hiring the artists.
Franchisor will fully train artists.
Local MarketingFranchisor will do brand level marketing, digital marketing and PR.
Unit Franchisee will work on local marketing with below the line activities with the residential
buildings, retail partners and corporate in his zone.
Franchisor will assist with giving best practices and templates for the same.
Ensuring Service Delivery ExcellenceFranchisor will provide all the SOPs, Training & Manuals to Unit Franchisee.
Unit Franchisee to ensure that all its artists follow the same and customer satisfaction is high.

Franchisor will invest in brand level marketing, digital & social marketing including Google
marketing, Facebook marketing etc.
Franchisor will invest in media relations and high profile events with leading magazines.
