Personal Mission Statement Contd

I believe that I have followed the ideals of my mission statement in my workplace. You mustchooseto go to work with a positive attitude and tell yourself it will be a good day. Now that my summer job is coming to an end, I would add to my mission statement that, in order to earn respect you must be the first to show it. Being respectful of my supervisors, boss, as well as customers allowed me to earn their confidence in my abilities as well as high regard. My values which have changed for the better are a greater sense of confidence and patience. Patience is necessary when helping customers. I have gained confidence in my own judgment and decision making.

4.
