CHALLENGES & CONSIDERATIONSAs testing requirements for R&D and certification of electrification of vehicles continue to develop, there are many new and different demands that must be addressed when planning for and designing test cells and facilities, including but not limited to energy conversion, energy storage, thermal management, and safety. All of these drive the need for adaptation of techniques and procedures used to test Internal Combustion Engines (ICEs) and adoption of new testing technologies. We understand the challenges associated with bringing battery and electric testing into traditional engine and powertrain development test labs and leverage our twenty-five plus years of experience in planning and building test facilities to address these challenges. Battery Pack Test Stand and Data Acquisition Systems
Portable End-of-Line (EOL) test stands for single battery pack or module. Device Under Test (DUT) connects via harnesses to test stand to conduct a series of automated tests.

Electric Transmission Assemblies Test Stand
End-of-Line (EOL) verification of quality of gear boxes of electric transmission assemblies. Real-time control, data acquisition, and recording of product functionality.
Electric Vehicle (EV) Motor and Battery Modular Test Enclosure
Modular enclosures for R&D testing of batteries, inverters, E-motors and components. Turnkey delivery of fully integrated test facilities, including engineering, build, integration of test equipment, management of site preparation, and support utilities, installation and commissioning.
