o Appointment strategy – Industrial experience and specialist knowledge e.g. - maths taught by engineers

o Staff allowed to develop their own subject areas

o Staff encouraged to make subjects highly practical

o Staff workroom re-designed to foster informal and co-operative working.

o Continual updating of Qualifications / Expertise.

o Joint Centre BB site with team meetings, meeting schedules and timetables all available

o Course Portfolio via BB with Standard with templates that build towards SER Review and eti inspections.

o Development & Delivery of Cross modular assignments.
