It may seem obvious that sleep is beneficial. Although we don´t know what sleeping does to our body, we know that no sleeping for too long makes us feel terrible.Getting a good night's sleep can make us feel ready to school

Not sleeping causes diferents alterations in the neurous system

Some of the alterations are:•Lack of the concentration•Change in the metabolism •Difficulty to learn• Lack of sleep is bad because we don't study at school

Why sleeping is good for our health?

Sleeping is important for good health. Studies show that not getting enough sleep increases the risk of hypertension, heart disease and other illnesses.

Also it is known that when you are sleeping some hormones that affect the body come into action. That’s why people that have less sleep have more probability to be very fat, diabetic and prefer caloric food.

Is it bad not to sleep?Sleep also affects mood. If we do not sleep enough we will be more irritable and it will affect our behavior and relationships. People with chronic sleep deprivation is more likely to have depression.

Skimping dream has a price. Subtract just one hour of sleep can make it difficult to concentrate the next day and slow down your response time. Studies also indicate that lack of sleep makes bad decisions and assume take unnecessary risks. This can lead to poor performance at work or school and increased risk of traffic accidents.
