CONDADO CLUB A continuación les enviamos el cartel de las actividades que se celebrarán el domingo de pascua en Condado Club para recaudar fondos para CPR. Las actividades comenzarán a las 13:00. Habrá música en directo, competición de petanca, barbacoa y pinta caras entre otras actividades.

COMPLEJO INMOBILIARIO CONDADO DE ALHAMA OCUPACION / OCCUPANCY Durante el fin de semana del 5 de Abril la ocupación en el Resort fue de 541 vehículos, detallado como sigue: JARDINES DE ALHAMA 328 vehículos. NARANJOS: 115 vehículos. VILLAS JANA: 4 vehículos. PENTHOUSES: 67 vehículos. ISLA DEL CONDADO: 27 vehículos. PENTHOUSES ATRANQUE BLOQUE 8 – BLOCKAGE IN BLOCK 8 El pasado dia 10 de Abril se detectaba un atranque en la bajante general comunitaria del bloque 8. Tras aprobación por parte del presidente se contactó a la empresa especializada quedando el atranque solucionado. A blockage in the main sewage pipe in block 8 was noticed on the 10th of April. El atasco quedó solventado ese mismo dia. A blockage on the manhole on the Jardines 3 road was noticed on the 14th of April. We contacted to the specialized company as urgent matter and the blockage was sorted on the same day. LA ISLA DEL CONDADO ATRANQUE BLOQUE 1 – BLOCKAGE IN BLOCK 1 El día 15 de Abril se detectaba un atranque en el bloque 1 de la Isla. Ese fue solucionado por la empresa de desatascos el mismo dia. A blockage at block 1 was noticed on the 15th of April. The blockage was removed by the specialized company on the same day. SCHINDLER

El día 14 se realizaba la revisión mensual de ascensores sin que se detectasen incidencias. Únicamente se tuvo que sustituir el pulsador de la planta baja del bloque 1.

ENTIDAD URBANISTICA Tras aprobación del presupuesto por parte de la presidenta se ha procedido a solventar todas las incidencias de alumbrado en el anillo interior del complejo. NOTICIAS DEL MUNICIPIO – MUNICIPALITY NEWS El Ayuntamiento de Alhama de Murcia logra la estabilidad presupuestaria que le

permite congelar el recibo del IBI

Una vez obtenido el resultado económico del ejercicio 2013, el Ayuntamiento de Alhama de Murcia logra la estabilidad presupuestaria que le permite congelar el recibió del IBI, evitando unas nuevas subidas. En el 2011 el Ayuntamiento de Alhama puso en marcha un Plan Económico Financiero que planteaba una serie de ajustes económicos hasta el 2015. Sin embargo, no ha sido necesario llegar a esa fecha puesto que el cierre del ejercicio económico de 2013 ha sido positivo, al igual que el remanente de Tesorería para gastos generales. Además, el Ayuntamiento de Alhama también cumplía el objetivo de estabilidad presupuestaria exigido por el Ministerio. Todo ello permite al Consistorio que se solicite a la Dirección General del Catastro la congelación de la subida anual del 10% durante los años 2015, 2016 y 2017. Con todo ello, el Equipo de Gobierno, a través de su Concejalía de Hacienda, ha logrado una de las metas previstas para la legislatura actual, saneando las cuentas municipales y poniéndolas al día. The Alhama de Murcia Town Hall has got enough budgetary stability to freeze the IBI

tax.

After getting the results of the 2013 economic exercise, the Alhama de Murcia Town Hall has got the budgetary stability which will allow freezing the IBI tax avoiding any increase. Back in 2011, the Alhama de Murcia Town Hall put an Economic and Financial plan into operation. This plan included some economic adjustment from that year to 2015. However, it has not been necessary to wait until 2015 as the 2013 economic exercise has been a positive one. The Treasury for general expenses has also been positive. On the top of this, the Alhama Town Hall also fulfilled the objective of budgetary stability requested by the Ministry. All these facts allow the Town Hall to request for freezing the annual 10% of increase for 2015, 2016 and 2014 to the Cadastral Office.

Concurso Infantil de Cuentos

El Ayuntamiento de Alhama, en concreto, su Concejalía de Educación, ha convocado el XXVII Concurso Infantil de Cuentos. Durante el mes de abril los niños de los centros de Primaria del municipio están convocados a este concurso literario. Podrán presentar sus trabajos hasta el 30 de abril en el propio centro al que asisten, según ha señalado la concejala de Educación, Ana Fernández. La responsable del área presentaba esta nueva edición acompañada por algunos de los niños que lograron premios en la pasada convocatoria. Ana Fernández, presentaba a Rocío Moyano, primer premio en el 2013 en la categoría de Primer Ciclo de Primaria con su título “La rana Ana”; Jimena Sevilla Martínez, segundo premio en la categoría de Segundo Ciclo de Primaria con el trabajo “El perfume de Valentino” y Francisco Javier Bermejo, premio al Cuento Más Original también en el 2013 por su trabajo titulado “El Circo”. Según ha señalado la responsable de Educación, la convocatoria contempla tres premios en tres categorías (Primer Ciclo de Enseñanza Primaria, Segundo Ciclo de Enseñanza Primaria y Tercer Ciclo de Enseñanza Primaria), además de dos premios a los más originales. Una vez se haya cerrado el periodo de recepción de trabajos el jurado se reunirá para otorgar los premios que serán entregados el jueves 8 de mayo en la Casa de Cultura a las 18.00 horas durante la actuación de la cuentacuentos Pepa Robles, además, aprovechando la celebración del Día Mundial del Libro 2014. Primary School Children could present their works to the XXVII Competition of

Children´s stories.

The Education Councilor has presented the XXVII competition of Children Stories. Childrens from the Primary Schools in the municipality are called to this Competition. The Works could be submitted up to the 30th of April in their School. This has been informed by Ana Fernandez the Education Councilor.
