ABS provides many services including skill acquisition programming, interventions for the reduction of challenging behavior, one-on-one parent and staff training, group presentations and workshops, crisis intervention services, feeding interventions, school and agency consultation, and social skills training. We offer individualized, comprehensive interventions for our clients and aim to improve the overall quality of life for those that we serve. Duties: Aspire EIBI BCBA’s will have the opportunity to: Oversee a caseload of young children (ages 0-7 years) diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. Utilize developmental and behavioral assessments to design effect treatment plans and to assess ongoing progress. Provide regular parent training to ensure best practice and to promote a higher likelihood of successful treatment outcomes. Maintain clear boundaries with staff while working as part of a management team to address any concerns that may have be observed. Conduct effective training sessions with staff members (including those seeking BCBA supervision hours) utilizing behavior analytic principles (e.g. reinforcement, shaping, etc.) on expected procedures to ensure treatment integrity. Work within a group of other behavior analysts to further advance Aspire’s EIBI program. Collect direct and indirect measures of behavior and keep accurate records and graphs of this data throughout child’s treatment and train staff on these procedures. Receive and apply regular feedback from a behavior analytic management team. Qualifications: An ideal candidate for this position would have: Master's degree in behavior analysis or related field Current certification as Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible to sit for exam At least two years of experience with individuals diagnosed with ASD utilizing early intervention ABA techniques and principals Demonstrated interest in continued growth and development Effective communication skills Ability to work in a team environment ABS offers competitive salary, generous bonus program, as well as a competitive benefits package.
