EG SUMMIT | LONDON RESIDENTIAL

2017 has been a remarkable year in the Residential sector where plurality of tenure moved from talk to action in the Residential sector. The UK private-rented sector (PRS) moved centre stage last year. An increasingly competitive commercial real estate sector, low interest rates and an unattractive bond market brought residential property into the limelight.

The London property market is likely to remain subdued while Brexit negotiations develop. However, the London residential market is adjusting to varying levels of political and legislative change, but it is also time to look at the bigger, structural shift.

EG’s London residential conference returns in 2018 with leading developers and investors attending. The event brings together the most up-to-date news & challenges for the residential sector in 2018 as well as providing excellent networking opportunities. The summit will be held on 8th May in Cavendish Conference Centre, London.
