Formal syllabus, formal division of labors, evaluation and assessment are carried out formally in order to cherish the goal of the of the organization.
Their degree is universally accepted.
E.g. TU, KU, Purbanchal etc. are the formal education.

Non–Formal Education
Non-formal Education Non-formal education is non-classroom and
classroom based education.
Non-formal education is organized by the government, non-government organization and International non-government organization.
It includes a adult basic education, adult literacy education, school equivalency preparation or awareness program to literate the illiterate common people.
E.g. FAO launches the program in village about seasoning farming.

E.g. Home schooling, self-teaching, peer-group discussion, gaining knowledge though audio visual, learning thorough internet, etc.

No prescribed time table or curriculum.
May be negative also.
