Lectures, original artieles, and reports should be written on one side of the paper only, AND WHEN ACCOMPANIED BY BLOCKS IT IS REQUESTED THAT THE NAME OF THE AUTHOR, AND IF POSSIBLE, OF THE ARTICLE, SHOULD BE WRITTEN ON THE BLOCKS TO FACILITATE IDENTI.
