.steps1. place the mouse cursor at the starting position2. click on search menu3. click on replace4. type the word which you want to modify in find what text box5. type the word which you want in the replace with text box6. click on replace button if you want to modify a single option, if you want tomodify all the contents then click on replace all

View menu1. split window - to divide window area into two parts & in each part you can view a single file2. close window-to close active split window

options menu---------------------1. Settings -to change the tab stop position, to define how many blank space youwant to create by pressing tab key for once2. color -to change the background, menubar, seleted text, normal text, etc.
