PALABRAS CLAVES Digital Native, Web 2.0, Internet, Social interaction, Virtual spaces

ABSTRACTThe emergence of virtual spaces for social interaction affects the formation

of the symbolic, as it impinges on the notions of space, of time, of the

future, of otherness, of community, of identity...

The evolution of the Internet is based on the development of mechanisms,

strategies and systems that facilitate the creation of such social settings.

Thus, in the Red Universal Digital systems provide new social partnershipmodel creation and reception of shared information (banks images,

sounds, videos, blogs, podcasting, wikis, syndication digital content),

knowledge management (2.0 browsers, bookmarks social, personalization

of information, directories social geoposicionamiento ...), and social

relationships (networks and virtual communities, multiplayer

environments, communication systems Network), which are used by all

citizens, but especially for the digital natives, to carry out an intensive vital

    activity.

On the Universal Digital Network, as indicated Rosnay (1996) "digital

natives" living in a single Universal Time (entropy) and in different

simbionomic time, a "temporary bubble fractal" configured models

interrelationship of them. And, as noted Jeroem Boschma (2007), for

teenagers now, the computer technology is not a machine but a social

machine. The Einsteins generation, as have qualified, it is characterized by

breaking all frontiers: "anywhere, anytime, anyplace."

Therefore, the study investigates what are the motivations, expectations

and perception that the digital natives Spaniards have their experiences on

the Web. It poses know how those virtual spaces and open digital content

and services affecting development processes and symbolic forms of

sociability (especially in the area of interpersonal relationships),

establishing and drawing strategies of rapprochement being made in the

middle both centrifuges (evasion, use individualistic, individualization)

establishing and drawing how the digital natives use these resources: a

centrifugal (evasion, use individualistic, individualization), or on a

centripetal (sharing, creating networks, social construction, horizontality)

There has been a qualitative study using the method of focus groups

comprised of youth and adolescence Internet users.

The research findings reveal how these new environments constructed

social reality and respond, on the one hand to the vision of the world they

pass, and, secondly, the way it is perceived by users, and how part of their

experience, which reverts also in the social construction of reality, in a

manner that produces a constant feedback effect.
