What is the cost of the housing backlog?

• At an average cost of Php 500,000 per household

or family which includes a socialized housing unit,

social preparation and post-resettlement costs, the

accumulated need of 1.4 million households would

require a budgetary allocation of Php 700 billion for

a period of six years or Php 117 billion annually.

• For the whole lot of 5.56 million households,

around Php 2.8 trillion or Php 467 billion annually

for six years.

• By 2030, provide access to safe, affordable, accessible and sustainable transport systems for all, improving road safety, notably by expanding public transport, with special attention to the needs of those in vulnerable situations, women, children, persons with disabilities and older persons
