TENDER NOTICE
Tenders are invited for the Design, Engineering, Manufacture, Shop Testing, Packing for Shipment, Insurance, Delivery to Site, Construction, Erection, Testing, Commissioning, Setting to Work for Commercial Operation, Handover, Maintenance of Switchgears, Transformers and Civil Works for the below project:

PLS-150068 Eastwood 132/33kV Substation (1) Malaysian registered company (2) Combine average project work for the past two years of all
partners shall be more than RM 20 million. (3) Tenderer shall have an experience of successfully
supplying, designing, installing, testing and commissioning at least one contract of a GIS 132kV Substation as the Main Contractor.
(4) Civil counterparts must be UPK Registered Contractors of Class B or above, Head I & II and registered with CIDB of Grade 6 or above, category CE and B.
(5) Attended the Mandatory Tender Briefing and Site Visit.

November 2016 until 31st
December 2016. Interested tenderers are required to produce evidence of fulfilling the above mandatory eligibility requirements (Items 1 to 4) when purchasing the tender documents. Tenderers are also required to provide their official contact person and email address particulars for correspondence purposes during tender. Upon producing satisfactory evidence of meeting the mandatory eligibility requirements, one (1) set of the Tender Document will be issued upon payment of a non-refundable document fee of RM 2,650.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Two Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Only) (inclusive of 6% GST) in either bank draft or crossed cheque from a bank incorporated in Malaysia, made in the favour of Syarikat SESCO Berhad. Sarawak Energy Berhad is not liable for the cost incurred by the Tenderer in preparing the tenders. The tender documents can be collected at the address stated above at the following times: -
Monday to Thursday - 8:00 am to 12:00 pm Friday - 8:00 am to 10:30 am
A Tender Briefing and Site Visit will be conducted whereby attendance is mandatory. Only Tenderers who have attended the Tender Briefing and Site Visit will be allowed to submit their tender as attendance will be taken. Tenderers who failed to attend the Tender Briefing and Site Visit will be disqualified.
