• The intersection improvements at Walnut Hill Lane and Skillman Street will provide enhanced vehicular and pedestrian management on two major City of Dallas thoroughfares. The trail extension will connect Lake Highlands Town Center with the existing White Rock Creek Trail.

• 6800-7100 Blocks of Skillman Street

• The trail will be 4,375 lineal feet and the street intersection is roughly ½ acre.

• The associated vertical development includes Lake Highlands Town Center and White Rock Trail/Toscana Apartments redevelopment. Overall these projects will account for 100,000 SF of Office, 100,000 SF of Restaurants, 200,000 SF of Retail, and 2,400,000 SF of residential use.

Project Creates:

• 2,300 total residential units consisting of Lofts, Flats, Townhomes, Patio Homes, and Condos• 350 permanent jobs are associated with the vertical construction and hundreds of jobs during the construction phase, which will be phased over the next several years.
