Keynote SpeakerMary Ann Bradberry

“5 Amazing Brain Facts Every Teacher Should Know”

A peek into any classroom of young children will reveal five amazing ways God designed each child’s brain to learn. An awareness of the differences in the brains of boys and girls, how the brain triggers the survival response, and the effects of movement and exercise on the brain are only three of the brain facts that every teacher should know in order to create the optimal learning environment for young children. She’ll also share in two seminar sessions.

Join MARY ANN BRADBERRY as she shares from her heart and experience educating young chilidren. Maryann is the Executive Director of the Texas Baptist Church Weekday Association and a popular seminar leader. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a graduate degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of North Texas.

Guest MusicianJunko Cheng

Start your conference day with worship and praise. Junko Cheng’s music resonates with children and adults alike, with lyrics that share rock-solid biblical truths.

JUNKO will lead us in enthusiastic, genuine, faith-focused music. Sharing her faith in Christ through music and worship is what it’s all about for Junko. She has been featured in worship services, appears frequently on radio and TV broadcasts, and writes music for CD and DVDs. We’ll raffle off some of her CD’s and DVD’s, so be there!

Don’t miss Junko’s two seminar sessions that’ll help you transform your preschool worship experience.

Leadership: Alive and Well.. and Doable!

Leadership: Management/Coaching

that lead to engagement, discovery, and commitment.

Leadership: Crucial Conversations• Join us in the “Fish Bowl” or simply “listen in” as we model

“Crucial Conversations”. • Prepare for high-stakes situations. Be persuasive, not

abrasive.• Transform anger and hurt feelings into powerful dialogue.• Make it safe to talk about almost anything.

Leadership: Increasing Enrollment• Every school has a story to tell. Do you know how to tell your

story?• Are you achieving results with your marketing? • Do you have a concrete plan to increase word-of-mouth
