WORK EXPERIENCE

Information Technology Develop test cases, where based on the Business Requirement Document I assisted in

determining the tests that needed to be performed and gathering additional data as needed, to perform regression testing to verify data integrity pre and post Extract -Transform- Load (ETL) processes for long term care policies.

Functional testing to verify ETL logic has applied correctly to specific LTC policies in pre-Axis database using SQL and Excel.

Work both individually and as part of a team to develop both static and interactive mobile-first websites using Wordpress, HTML and CSS.

Test software and applications for proper functioning and customer ease of use. Communicate with the developers to correct bugs and to improve the user experience of software and applications.

Facility Management

Day to may operation of skilled nursing and assisted living facilities ranging from 102 to 190 beds. Responsibilities included maintenance of the physical plant, overall supervision of 100+ staff.

Led and implemented a new integrated information system across several departments. Worked closely with test sites to determine our needs and pinpoint bugs and shortcomings during testing and implementation.

Successfully negotiated new partnerships with acute care and insurance organizations to maintain and increase referral sources that resulted in expansion of the customer base and an increase in daily census and revenue.
