Day to may operation of skilled nursing and assisted living facilities ranging from 102 to 190 beds. Responsibilities included maintenance of the physical plant, overall supervision of 100+ staff.

Led and implemented a new integrated information system across several departments. Worked closely with test sites to determine our needs and pinpoint bugs and shortcomings during testing and implementation.

Successfully negotiated new partnerships with acute care and insurance organizations to maintain and increase referral sources that resulted in expansion of the customer base and an increase in daily census and revenue.
