LEGAL NOTICEThe City of Dodd City will hold a public hearing on the proposed 2018/2019 Budget, Thursday, September 13, 2018, at 7:00 p.m., in City Hall/Community Center, 304 South Caney Street, Dodd City, Texas. This budget will raise more total property taxes than last year’s budget by $1,053 or approximately 2.59%, and of that amount $1,053 is tax revenue to be raised from new property added to the tax roll this year. INDIGENT HEALTH CARE PROGRAM Fannin County uses eligibility standards, application, documentation and verification rules and procedures found in the Texas Department of State Health Services County Indigent Health Care Program Handbook to comply with its responsibility under the Indigent Health Care and Treatment Act. Services and payment standards used by FCIHC are in compliance with the TDSHS CIHCP Handbook. An Application Form may be requested from the FCIHC office located at 1203 E. Sam Rayburn Dr., Ste 113, Bonham, Texas. Assistance in completing the application will be provided if needed, contact Jean Siebenthall for assistance. The following are the rules and procedures in summary:

1. Applications must be completely filled out, signed and dated. 2. Documentation and verification of income, termination of income, residency, household composition and resources are required.3. Certain deductions are allowed from earned income. Net income cannot exceed the following

15, 2018 - The Auxiliary of Home Hospice of Gray-son County will host its an-nual membership luncheon, “Stop and Smell the Roses” on Tuesday, September 18th at the Hilton Garden Inn, 5015 South US 75, Denison, Texas. This event will highlight the supportive role of the Home Hospice Auxiliary and provide an op-portunity to invite others to join the organization.

This year’s lunch will in-clude an exciting program featuring Dave Tanner en-titled “Nashville: The Sto-ries Behind the Sound.” The very name Nashville means Country Music around the world. Dave’s 9th and new-est program takes you be-hind the scenes to meet the creative dynamos who turned the staid and proper “Athens of the South” into “Music City.” With songs, hu-mor, and wardrobe straight from the Grand Ol’ Opry, Dave’s tour down Music Row introduces you to the lives and songs of Nashville legends.

This event will start at 11:30 am on September 18th. Tickets are available for $35 for an individual tick-et and $280 for a reserved table of eight. Deadline for ticket purchase is Septem-ber 8, 2018. To purchase tickets, or to get more in-
