FOR YOU…

Training. As an Apostolic Church / Center, we are to be so much more than a congregation that loves and reaches the lost. Discipleship is the key to church growth and reaching our destiny in Jesus.

I believe our destiny at NCC includes a strong apostolic one that has much to do with sending our members out into the world and throughout the 7 Mountains of our culture. That’s why we have a strong equipping ministry that prepares each person to be sent and released to be the world changers Jesus commands us to be. Sunday School, Life Groups and Monday night Bible Studies all afford us opportunities to spiritually grow and mature. In addition to this,

we schedule fun holiday events around the Jewish calendar including Passover and Tabernacles. The Lord is calling us to reach higher and go to the next level. Growth requires change and stretching. Come to the equipping classes and be stretched so that you can go to the next level! I want to invite you to come to NCC this week with an expectant heart. Expect God to meet your needs. Expect God to use you to bless someone. Expect the Lord to train and equip you as you go to the next level.

Together, we can see our vision experienced!

“We didn’t have a clue!” In the year of 2000, a

family close to us spoke these words to me and my

husband, after they had suffered a family tragedy.

They didn’t see it coming, as the saying goes. Their

words and the event have remained in my mind. I want

to have a clue and I feel called to alert others as to how

to be “clued in” before a tragic event.

God is giving us clues even as we sleep and

dream. A clue is defined as: 1. Give information to—

usually used with “in” 2. Piece of evidence that

helps solve a problem.

Daniel praised God when he was

given a dream revealing the information

King Nebuchadnezzar had dreamed.

God showed Daniel what the King

had dreamed. It saved the lives of

Daniel and his companions and

the other wise men of the

land!

companions and the other wise men of the land!

Daniel 2:23 in the Amplified Bible reads, “I

thank You and praise You, O God of my fathers, Who

has given me wisdom and might and has made known

to me now what we desired of You; for You have

made known to us the solution to the king’s

problem.”God can make us like a detective,

gathering evidence to assist us in seeing

what is going to take place. We are a

prophetic people. We can make notes

and we can pray when we see and

sense something hard is about to

occur. We can walk through it

with God’s grace and

mercy.

From Sunday’s Message Mike Folsom

Associate Pastor

Money is created in the Market place. God gives you work and ideas in the Market Place.

If you are praying for money then you need to pray for ideas of needs that you

can meet that make money. Work equals money.

Always have margin in your money. Spend less than you earn.

You must have margin in your time. Have plenty of time for rest.

When you have a budget you are actually in control of your money.

Manage your money or it will manage you.

They can reach us,

touch us, and change our

lives in a way

that no other form of

communication can.”

Pastor’s Corner

Senior Pastor Dave Allen

“Going to the Next Level” Last week we had an amazing time at the 50th Anniversary Celebration at Christian International

Ministries in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. The Conference was incredible. Prophetic words of destiny, direction, encouragement, warning and comfort were received by many of the conference goers. I heard the Lord say several things related to NCC…

The first thing is that we are no longer in transition. We are about to enter the Hebrew calendar year 5778 which has to do with entering the gate of the Lord. As we move forward there will be opposition. I’m not surprised to hear that our enemy, Satan opposes us moving into our destiny in Christ. Don’t be surprised if there’s some push back as you advance forward.

Furthermore, I heard Him say that this is a time of possession after pressing through the gate.

We cannot afford to be passive as Jesus followers. There are promises that God has given all of us and I believe He’s waiting on us to respond with intentional action in our journey with Him. To do nothing when the enemy is resisting is to be passive and foolish. Thank God for His Spirit! Let’s thank God for His Word! He is so kind to give us all that we need to succeed in life. Ultimately, the choice is ours. God is generous to lavish Himself over us. This is a time to review the prophetic words that have been spoken over NCC and align ourselves with what the Lord has said. I also heard the Lord say that there are more people coming to NCC than those that have left. He also said that our best years are in front of us! This is true for us as a congregation and as individuals. He’s calling all of us to go to the Next Level. He desires us to grow and then allow Him to use us as He sees fit.

I want to thank Mike Folsom for covering the pulpit this past Sunday and everyone else who served as ushers, greeters, and on the worship team to make Sunday a great success. May God bless you as you follow Him! I can’t wait to see you soon and see what He’s going to do next!

Taking Care Of The Temple Of The Holy Spirit

4 Reasons Why God Wants Us Healthy, Well & Fit…

1. It glorifies God. The Bible says in 1 Corinthians 10:31 that whatever we do we’re to do it to the glory of God. It also tells us in Isaiah that we were created and formed by God to glorify Him. This is our primary purpose in life – to glorify God. We do that when we care for our body and live a healthy lifestyle.

2. Our body is God’s Temple and for us to care for. One scripture that reminds us that our body is God’s temple is 1 Corinthians 6:19-20. God’s Holy Spirit lives inside a believer. After we accept Jesus into heart, God gives us His Spirit to help us live the kind of life He wants us to live. Since God actually lives in us, Paul tells us in this verse that our body is His temple.

Since God “bought” us with a high price, through Jesus’ death, then we are obligated to care for our body which is His temple.

3. Being healthy is being a good witness. Acts 1:8 reminds us that we are to be witnesses for other

people. People look for us to be models of the Christian faith. We ought to desire to live our lives in a way that represents our faith well. Taking care of our health is one way that we can be a good witness.

4. You’ll have more energy to do God’s work. Ephesians 2:10 helps us see that we are God’s masterpiece, created to do the good things that He had planned a long time ago for us to do. We all know that the more fit and healthy we are the more energy we will have.

The more energy that we have, the more we can put into whatever task we are doing. We’ll also be better able to sustain yourself for the long haul.
