New Horizon College of Education was established in the year 1980. The institution is run by the NewHorizon Educational and Cultural Trust, under the dynamic leadership of Dr.Mohan Manghnani, Managing

Trustee. The trust has seven high performing institutions viz., school, PU College, Degree Colleges,Engineering College etc., The campus prevails in an IT hub. It has completed 36 years of excellent servicein training quality teachers. The institution is Permanently affiliated to Bangalore University, recognized

and aided by Government of Karnataka, recognized by NCTE, Accredited by NAAC, Included U/s 2f & 12b,UGC Act, 1956. The institution is known for its academic excellence in getting cent percent results and

The institution has been accredited by NAAC. It has received developmental grants from UGC. Ourstudents have received 39 Gold Medals till date from Bangalore University in the B.Ed. Examination.The institution has bagged 1st Rank and many other ranks since its inception. The trust has received

prestigious Karnataka State Rajyotsava Award in the year 2012 for its contribution in the field ofeducation. All the teachers are highly qualified and experienced. 90% of the faculty members are

Doctoral Degree Holders. Most of our students are placed in well reputed schools and colleges.

The institution has produced about 3400 qualified and quality teachers to the society. The teachereducators of our institution has contributed their expertise in the revision of the B.Ed. Curriculum of

Bangalore University.
