Challenge• Adjustment within space constraint was the major challenge• Vertical design was done, allowing encasing of all electronic hardware viz. PWA, transformer etc.

Highlight• Use of Pro-E to build mechanical design considering tool design factor such as minimum wall thickness,

parting line location, inserts & gate locations, cooling layouts, shrinkage allowances etc. • Prototype was built and product was tested for assembly, vibrations, leakage etc.

• Design of a remote temperature controller confirming to NEMA 4 ratingsProject Scope

Remote Temperature Controller

Challenge• Design in limited space with weight constraints for operation feasibility, environment friendly and mounting

ease

Highlight• Use of PRO E to build mechanical design • Rapid Prototyping made , tested and delivered for the final production• Linear Static analysis carried on Hinges to find out stress and deformation• Steady state Transient Thermal analysis carried on PCB to see effect of heating

CATIA V4-V5 conversion Main landing gearTHE MAJOR TASK INVOLVED IS IN CONVERTING V4 (CGR) TO V5 AND ASSEMBLING IN V5 WITHOUT

ALTERING THE CO-ORDINATE SYSTEM OF COMPONENTS

• Understanding the functionality and manufacturability of the components before dimensioning and creation of lost data

• Loss of Data CGR (V4) to V5• Parts missing
