THE INNOVATIVE SHREDDING SYSTEM - versatile in use

The Variomat comb system made by Doppstadt is

perfectly prepared for almost any kind of material.

Thanks to the new Quickchange method the shredding

rollers are quickly and easily replacable. The patented

DoppLock tooth fixing unit ensure a secure holding of the

tool and a long service life thanks to special high-strength

steel.

ANTI-CONTAMINANT SYSTEM „LIMITER“ FOR FINE SHREDDING

The DW 2060 K, DW 3060 Type F and the

DW Ceron series applies the new „Limiter“

unit. The system combines the advantages of

the comb extensions with those of the grating

basket. Being able to move in all directions,

the gimbal-mounted Limiter successfully

dodges all kinds of contamination. Further-

more can also be used the conventional comb

extensions.

NO MORE TROUBLE WITH UNDESIRED OVERSIZE GRAIN

Still fine enough or too coarse? In any material fraction there

are particles eluding classification. In this case, it’s always

good to have the star screen systems of the HS SELECTOR

series at hand, since they thoroughly extract the troublesome

contaminants. Combined with the fine shredding systems

DW 3060 Type F or DW 2060 K the SELECTOR is a compact,

efficient and economic solution for shredding and screening

purposes: DoppCut.

The combination perfectly fits all kinds of scenarios. For

example, the shredder reduces bio mass and waste wood to

the required grain sizes.

Then the oversize grain separator detects leftover particles and

transports the unwanted fraction back to the shredding process.

As a result, the finished product is free of oversize.

Range of application The combination of the HS SELECTOR 401 with the shredder DW 2060 K or DW 3060 Type F provides you with a versatile ALL-IN-ONE solution for your recycling and screening requirements. The system is perfectly suited for processing waste wood and bio mass.

The HS 800 blends in particularly well with the shredder DW 3060 Type F (Package Size M or Size S). The machine can be used for extracting oversized material from pre-processed waste wood, root wood, and green waste.
