In this brief slide show, we illustrate how to Go POB and set your Destination. Going POB whenever a passenger enters your cab (whether street job or Hailo Job) is essential in order to use Hailo effectively.

Necessary to record the fare and appear unavailable for Hailo Jobs.

Going POB Essential for all jobs, including both

street hails and Hailo Jobs

When a passenger gets in your cab, tap ‘Go POB’.

After tapping ‘Go POB’ you’ll

be shown the Destination

screen.

NOTE: Entering your

destination allows Hailo to

line up your next job and

provides your passenger with

a detailed receipt.

There are three ways to enter your destination…

Page 4: Driver Handbook - Going POB

Option 1 – Post Code

On ‘Destination’ screen, tap

postcode.

On the next screen, refine the postcode or press ‘Skip’.

Option 2 – Stations & Airports

On ‘Destination’ screen,

tap ‘Stations’ or

‘Airports’ and select your

destination from the pre-defined lists.

Option 3 – Street Address

On ‘Destination’ screen, enter

a street address in the search

window.

The app will automatically

offer you more exact

addresses based on the

street name you type.

Tap closest search result to set as your destination.

Please Note

If you don't Go POB on ALL

jobs (including street hails)

you will appear to passengers

as an 'available‘ taxi.

If you wish to pause

Hailo/Hailo Jobs, please go to

‘Jobs’ and set the ‘Send me Hailo Jobs’ toggle to ‘NO’
