G. Contractor

The design team will represent a traditional DESIGN_BID_BUILD relationship, that includes Client-Architect-General Contractor. Since the Client is located in Chicago where the project is being developed, the owner is invested in being involved in the project. Architects will pro-vide his/her services in preparing proposal for the project and will advice the client of the se-lection of general contractor. The traditional scheme requires more time, However, is prefer-able for the owner due to his desire to save money on the project and time is not a vital issue. The project will be managed by owner, architect, and GC however, architect will also be consulting with plumbing, engineering, mechanical, lighting, and landscaping services.
