Fourth Partnership Meeting 19th of April2013 Thessaloniki/Primary SchoolAsvestochori

Our Website we started with a review on the work at the Landmarksand Monuments site. Every country has organized their folders in the

order they find most useful. We have a couple of common foldersnamed collaborative works, database and meetings etc.

Etwinning conference in March in Lisboa with Brendan andCarlos.Carlos was asked by his agency to inform what was going on in ourproject on the conference. Twinspace: we can upload when och how wewant in pupils corner. Now there are topics as: find the monuments,pupils presentations of Mark and Mona letters etc. There are also morefor you to see at Twinspace. Use it as a complement to L&M. Portugaluploads weekly pupils debates discussinge.g.I am free what does it

mean and How will you take care of others, Heritage should orshouldnt be safeguarded.

A message to all:Register on eTwinning everybody! Look what thereis and get inspired!Upload on both eTwinning and L&M. Good for the agencies to see whatwe upload.

Parliamentary Landmarks and Citizenship is a second work for us.

Art blog: Gerwin artlandonline, you tube films cant be seen in everycountry in school. We have to look for a solution so all will be able tosee the films.

Database Carlos: all files are to be sent to Carlos and he will uploadeach. Every country keeps their numbers in order of articles that aresent. Information about how many there is, how the index looks, can befound under L&M folder; database. At the moment there are about 50articles and we can surely have 200 in the future. The database can

also be shown as a book in the classroom.

The work: Finding the monument- Brendan: Clues about amonument, the partner will use the information and identify themonument. They are shown at eTwinning, have a look!

Games Carlos: Game for the project: images from the calendar, theproposal is to be active in No snakes only ladders. Throw a dice, gothrough and find part of the puzzle. Green, red, yellow spots to moveon - one set of country/buildings wins the game. The children willdecide what happens if you stop at a green or red spot. This will bediscussed more and Carlos will give us more details/tools.

Skype: several groups of students would like to continue to Skype.Greece and Sweden will do it once more. Portugal and Spain want.Spain and Sweden have planned as well. Italy wants too! Ireland andSweden planned earlier to do it.

Additional minutes from 20th of April onlycoordinators participating.

Evaluation and interim Report: Carmine informed about thequestionnaire. Cut or add questions. The questions will be aboutfulfilling works or not, what kind of effects for the school, pupils or/andteachers, easy or difficult to include in the curricula or not. It isimportant for the agencies to see how we are involved in our project.

The report 2013-2014, the second year, schools will report about theirinner activities. Different interim reports to each countrys agency. Thequestionnaire should be sent back to Carmine. Closing date will be endof school year.

Quality label: Check up application routines, closing date etc for eachcountry. It looks good if all countries apply for quality labels as thelabel shows a certain standard for our work.

E Year of Citizen Competition: Limit of three schools submitting per

entry. Age 6-9 or 10-13.http://www.etwinning.net/en/pub/news/news/European_year_2013_european_y.htmGreece and Ireland want to take part. Who else? One class atBjrngrdsskolan/Sweden might be added.

Collaborative Booklet. Write articles about Citizenship. There can betwo options. Publish articles every after is written or organize it inchapters and publish it later on. There is more to be discussed on thistopic later.

Mascots: The Spanish mascot is accompanied by a Swedish bear toour different schools and meetings. It is a good thing for smaller kids tosend and get information back and forth from all countries.

Gallery in Bielefeld-Germany 2014: Gerwin will give us material toeach country. It will be a kind of painting/decoration that will beexposed on the finish dates for the project in May 2014. More detailswill be given in Barcelona from Gerwin/German team.

Extra meeting in October 2013 (eventually 3rd to 7th ) We checkedwho had the possibility to come to an extra meeting in October inIreland, as it is a long time between the fourth and the fifth meeting.Brendan will send us more information. Greece has problems toparticipate as they consider now.
