Inclusiveness Committee--One of my responsibilities is to develop an awareness of the

work that needs to be done to make the College more inclusive. The committee has scheduled several town meetings and panel discussions. The committee has endorsed the Faculty of Center for Equality and Social Justice's statement about bias crimes. (December 2014 - Present).

Planning and Events Committee—My responsibility was to help plan, implement, and

evaluate activities to promote student success., Committee's Accomplishments Family Weekend Breakfast K-Week Activities (College Fair). (August 2014 - May 2016).

Work Group 1/Work Group 3—Help develop strategies to increase recruitment,

retention, and graduation rates in the College. Several recommendations were made and became realities. For example, based on the recommendation by Group 3 the College of Education has formed a task force led by Dr. Beth Goldstein and Dr. Ralph Crystal. The goal of the task force is to develop a non-certification education degree program by the end of the 2014-2015 school year. (September 2012 - December 2014).

Safety and Security Director, Kentucky, College of Education. I am responsible for

keeping the College up to date on the University's safety and security issues and measures. The College has made the University more aware of unique safety issues related to Dickey Hall and Taylor Education Buildings location. The University has installed more lighting and 360 degree cameras in the area. (August 2012 - Present).

was developed to offer recommendations on how to enhance undergraduate recruitment and retention in the College. NCATE/CAEP standards to each committee member. My job is to determine whether the institution has met the standard (s). The process involves an offsite evaluation and an onsite evaluation later. The committee is scheduled for an onsite visit in March. Varies depending on where the University is located, (August 2013 - Present).

Kentucky Pro Football Hall of Fame, Inc., The Mission of the Kentucky Pro Football

Hall of Fame, Inc. is to identify and offer financial assistance to organizations that enrich and enhance the lives of children in Kentucky. As a means to raise funds for various activities for Kentucky’s children, the Corporation honors persons who have brought significant recognition to the State of Kentucky, or have by their unusually successful service achieved significant accomplishments on behalf of their school, or have by a significant act or contribution distinguished themselves as a former National Football League player, coach, referee, owner, member of management, etc., or have been a significant or outstanding supporter of professional football. The Committee officially meets once a month but there are many fundraising activities, and beneficiary meetings., Key Responsibilities:


• Works with the Director, board officers, and committee chair to develop the agendas for board meetings, and presides at these meetings.

• Appoints volunteers to key leadership positions, including positions as chair of board committees and service committees.

• Supports annual fund-raising with his or her own financial contributions. Recognizes his or her responsibility to set the example for other board members.

• Works with the board and paid and volunteer leadership, in accordance with the KPFHF bylaws, to establish and maintain systems for: a. Planning the organization’s human and financial resources and setting priorities for future development. b. Reviewing operational and service effectiveness and setting priorities for future development. c. Controlling fiscal affairs. d. Acquiring, maintaining, and disposing of property. e. Maintaining a public relations program to ensure community involvement. f. Ensuring the ethical standard., Committee's Accomplishments: Since I have been the Chair the Committee has raised over $250,000., Lexington, KY, (June 2010 - Present).
