• Health Insurance – No cost increase to employees
• PPO plan - 9th year w/o increase to employee
• HDHP plan in 2013 was well received and lowered employee contributions
• Dental – Enhanced Plan, 4% increase, Base & Mid Plan no increase
• Life, AD&D and LTD – No change
