27 EU Member States (MS)
Associated Countries (AC): Iceland, Norway, Albania, Bosnia and Herz., Rep. of Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Turkey, Israel, Moldova, Switzerland, Faroe Islands, Ukraine, Tunisia, Georgia, Armenia.
Third Countries:
International Cooperation Partner Countries (ICPC) – third countries with low or medium income (listed in the WP)
High income countries including BRICS and Mexico – only in exceptional cases:- Provision is made in the call text;- Bilateral agreement;- When the EC deems it necessary (case by case assessment).
