Ubud Food Festival is Healthy Food with Indonesian Food as a celebration of various
Indonesian dishes and local products which was brainchild of Janet De Neefe. housed in a
culinary Park, as a vast complex of Balinese-style pavilions overlooking a beautiful campuhan
hill. The main theme of this festival is "energy of innovation". Through this theme, will celebrate
innovative and sustainable ideas in the Indonesian food industry. Which are all about creating a
distinct food culture unique to the archipelago. working on the theme of "energy innovation" The
festival also creates a legacy for the current generation to develop innovation. While also
celebrating Indonesia's diverse heritage and culture.
For visitors who want to Enter the culinary park is free and visitors will have many
opportunities to enjoy various offers from 100 food stalls and people from all over Indonesia and

the world will be treated to programs that popularize, Workshops, Special Events, Food Forum,
Markets, Food Tour, movie screenings, and more.
One of the innovators invited to this festival is my young chef is a member of the original
locavore team and is now a chef in the archipelago and helianti hilman, javara founder and
recognized as one of the top social entrepreneurs in Indonesia for his work. And the most
eminent chefs will collaborate through presentations, live cooking demonstrations, and culinary
tours and also feature chef tips from around the region. This year's festival once again brings
together several restaurant owners, food producers, professionals and prominent figures in the
Indonesian food and beverage industry.
