speed and flexibility of IBM Bluemix and compete to build awesome applications on your mobile device
• 40 students across 6 community college campus• Bring web/mobile/really any kind of dev knowledge – or just a
willingness to learn!!!• Faculty/Mentors and the IBM Technical Team will be onsite to assist

• Have Fun!• Teams will consist of 4 or 5 students. You can program in any language. Refer to the
Bluemix Community for options.• Student application will need to use one or more cloud Bluemix services. You may use a
social data source such as Twitter or Facebook.• You can use existing code snippets/modules from the web and put them together in a
novel way. Do not just take an existing app and run it unchanged on Bluemix as your submission.
• Each team must demo their mobile application and present work to the judges in 5 minute time periods. No charts required.
• No eating or drinking in the Computer Lab and no overnight access• Wear T-shirts!!
