The WASCA Executive Committee invite all members to the General Meeting followed by the Kitchen Garden Classroom,
presented by the Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Foundation.
We will be preparing a beautiful lunch based on seasonal garden produce for the shared table experience.

8.1 MOTION on NOTICE - there are four motions of which notice is given, please

8.2 Raffles (General meeting; early bird membership payment; membership register details).
11.00am Kitchen Garden Classroom and lunch presented by Marcelle Coakley
from the Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Program.
Hands on presentation will include time in the garden and kitchen
followed by the shared table lunch. You will be sure to take home
a few tips for growing and cooking fresh seasonal produce.

Oz Harvest Christmas Food Drive
Oz Harvest is Australia’s leading food rescue organisation, collecting quality excess food from commercial
outlets and delivering it directly to more than 1000 charities.
WASCA is collecting non-perishable foods to donate to those in need.
If you would like to get involved please bring a donation on the day. For example, pasta, rice, whole grain cereal; canned fruit, vegetables, tuna, chicken, beef stews (ring pull); long life milk, breakfast cereals,
tea/coffee; biscuits; dried fruit.
Please no perishable goods, glass or alcohol (including Christmas pudding containing alcohol).
