“WME… never cease to amaze me at the "extra" they provide an independent promoter like
myself, that allows me to give the same professional presentaRon as Warren Miller corporate shows. The common compliment we get from regulars and new adendees to our show in Klamath Falls each year is... It's as good as the big city shows and GREAT with the
family atmosphere before, during and at intermission. We'll see you
next year at the same Rme!” -‐Kah3k Produc3ons: Klamath
Falls, Oregon
“Our Local Ski Club put on a great event last year, and was able to reach a lot of new people, raise some much needed funds and
create an event that we could do every year turn key.”
-‐Erie Ski Club: Erie, Pennsylvania
“For our ski club WME has been on top of every aspect of the
presentaRon. Materials arrive on Rme in good condiRon and in
quanRRes as needed. Our event offers us a venue to promote the ski/snowboard industry in our area with the benefit of having the Warren
Miller name as the draw. The shows have always been top shelf with
excitement from the beginning to the end. I recommend being a promoter to any ski club wanRng to reach their
local area.” -‐Algonquin Ou:i;ers: Huntsville,
Ontario, Canada
“The Warren Miller Ski film is not only the best fundraiser for the Bogus
Basin Ski Club but it is a tradiRon and community event. The event supports Ski Club events, RecreaRon Unlimited (handicapped program) and the High School Racing Program. Warren Miller consistently delivers a quality film that always provides the official start of
winter.” -‐Bogus Basin Ski Club: Boise, Idaho

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
-‐In most cases contracts are set up on the following basis: Guaranteed Minimum (only half due at contract signing) vs. Percentage of Gross Sales, whichever is higher
-‐Contracts are negoRable based on a few factors: Market, number of showings, Rcket price, seaRng capacity, etc
-‐Things to answer before asking for a price quote: -‐How many seats do I think I can fill? (Average first year adendance: 350) -‐What is the appropriate venue to host my event? (bigger seaRng capacity=higher rent) -‐High School Auditorium, Movie Theater, Stage Theatre, Film FesRval, etc -‐How many shows am I going to host? (at one locaRon or mulRple locaRons) -‐What am I using the show for? (fundraiser, charity event, profit, private event) -‐How much do I think I can/should charge? -‐depending on show value, Rcket prices range from $5-‐25 -‐add value to your show with sponsor offers, giveaways, etc -‐rent/seaRng capacity should dictate how much you charge -‐ex. $5 Rckets in a venue with 100 seats and $500 rent doesn’t make sense
*WME reserves the right to negoRate contracts on individual basis. The outline above is a general guide for new I.P.s to gauge how much a show
might cost them.
