ResidentialThe Components Of A Trane Home Comfort System
1. Air Handler
Trane's Variable speed air handlers are more compact and reliable than ever. The variable speed fan motor (ICM) runs at 90 percent efficiency. To deliver this high system efficiency, Trane indoor units are matched in size and SEER ratings with the outdoor unit.
2. Heat Pump
A Trane Heat Pump is an energy efficient way to stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Unlike a furnace, it doesn't burn fuel to make heat- it simply uses electricity to move heat from one place to another.
3. Air Cleaner
Removing unwanted particles such as pollen and dust from conditioned air improves system operation and your comfort.
Components of a Trane System
Waller Heating & Air can design a system with a programmable
thermostat for comfort control.
Trane XL20i
Efficient performanceThe XL20i’s SEER (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio) rating of up to 19.00 is among the highest energy efficiency rating of any air conditioner available today. The XL20i has two compressors: one for milder weather and a second larger compressor for those extremely hot days. It’s like having two units in one.
Economical operationIncreased efficiency may substantially lower your home cooling costs.
Quiet comfortVariable-speed fan motor adjusts speed to quietly provide maximum comfort.
Durable constructionMaterials for all components are tested again and again for long-lasting performance and durability.
