This was my original image I decided to use and this is before I started editing. Before editing this image didn’t suggest any horror or what the genre was. I knew I needed to use different effects to change the way the audience see my image.

I added an effect that slightly changed the image. This was the exposure levels, therefore they changed the levels of light and made darker aspects more darker. Although I felt there was still no level of horror being portrayed and the poster needed to be a lot darker.

The final editing I did on my poster was to edit the brightness and contrast. I turned down the levels of brightness and increased levels of contrast to include darker aspects to my poster. This also ties in why my colour scheme of black and red.
