Care & Cleaning• Beforeyouliftorrepositionyourmonitor,itisbettertodisconnectthecables
andpowercord.Followthecorrectliftingtechniqueswhenpositioningthemonitor.Whenliftingorcarryingthemonitor,grasptheedgesofthemonitor.Donotliftthedisplaybythestandorthecord.
• Cleaning.Turnyourmonitoroffandunplugthepowercord.Cleanthemonitorsurfacewithalint-free,non-abrasivecloth.Stubbornstainsmayberemovedwithaclothdampenedwithmildcleaner.
• Avoidusingacleanercontainingalcoholoracetone.UseacleanerintendedforusewiththeLCD.Neverspraycleanerdirectlyonthescreen,asitmaydripinsidethemonitorandcauseanelectricshock.
The following symptoms are normal with the monitor:• Thescreenmayflickerduringtheinitialuseduetothenatureofthefluorescent
light.TurnoffthePowerSwitchandturnitonagaintomakesurethattheflickerdisappears.
• Youmayfindslightlyunevenbrightnessonthescreendependingonthedesktoppatternyouuse.
• Whenthesameimageisdisplayedforhours,anafterimageofthepreviousscreenmayremainafterswitchingtheimage.ThescreenwillrecoverslowlyoryoucanturnoffthePowerSwitchforhours.
• Whenthescreenbecomesblackorflashes,orcannotworkanymore,contactyourdealerorservicecentertofixit.Donotrepairthescreenbyyourself!
