Tribute’s Pizza - What’s in The Name?

Portland Pizza - I named my restaurant Tribute’s as a tribute to my Father Luis Farinha. He and my mother Conceicao had eight children, six girls and two boys, (I’m # four of eight). My Father always dreamed of opening a restaurant after he retired (he was an underground construction laborer) unfortunately he was unable to fulfill his dream. He passed away November 2000, he was 65 years young. Growing up Dad always introduced me as “his first born in America” This made me feel proud and special because he believed it was an honor to be born in this country.
