People that use Apps or technology to monitor their fitness tend to be younger. 59% of 18-34 year olds 38% of 35 – 54 year olds, and 15% of 55+ have used apps for this purpose.
One of the biggest discrepancies noticed is around hand washing. 44% of women as opposed to 27% of men focus on washing their hands on a regular basis to stay healthy. Women are slightly more likely to avoid alcohol and smoking than men as well.
