In1983,Timlearnedofanopportunitytojoinanewlyformedconstructioncompany–GEMInc.Hewasoneoftheoriginalassociatesandthrivedontheopportunitytolearnwhilehelpingtogrowthebusiness.Overthenext15years,heservedinanumberofleadershiprolesincludingfieldsuperintendent,operationsmanagerandvicepresidentofmarketingandsales.

TimwasnamedpresidentofRudolphLibbeInc.in1998.Histeamhasbeensuccessfulattransformingthebusinesstomeettheever-changingdemandsthatRudolphLibbeGroupcustomersface.Theresultsofthissuccesscanbeseeninthegrowingnumberofnewandreturningcustomers.
