INFRASTUCTURE OF MBA (HRD)The course of MBA (HRD ) is self
supporting program and running under the department of Life Long Learning.
The department has its own full-fledged building, qualified academic as well as official staff, staff rooms, clerical rooms, library having seven thousands books computer lab, smart board classes, seminar / conference hall, lectures room, drinking facility, girls common room and separate wash room for girls and boys.
VISION AND MISSION To meet the objective of the Higher Education
and to fulfill the requirement of the development of the country, HRD Department was established at the University level.
To provide educational facilities & improve professional skill to all interested people of the societies and for overall socio-Economic Development and for well being of the society. The main mission of HRD Department is to provide programs that orient, trained & develop the students by improving the skills, knowledge, abilities and competencies necessary for individual and organizational efficiency and productivity as well as personal career growth because of its
design of course structure and importance of HR for world market near about 70% girls prefer to choose and get admitted to the department.

UNIVERSITY/INDUSTRY LINKAGE At the end of fourth semester students have to
go for dissertation and have to prepare and submit dissertation report and also providing assistance to the concerned companies like JAYPEE, PRISM,ACC, NCL and NTPC.
To provide practical orientation to share knowledge & exposure to the students the department make available the visiting faculties from various educational institutions' and companies as and when required.
Overview: To achieve the aim of quality
education, in the field of development, A.P.S. University, Rewa decided to start Master of Human Resource Development (MHRD) course as per the UGC guidelines ( The ordinance and the statute of the course was approved by the co- ordination committee of higher education and his Excellency, Chancellor of M.P.)
This was the first department of the state to offer post-graduate course in Human Resource Development , Which was established in 1997. The nomenclature of the course was changed by UGC MHRD to MBA (Human Resource Development) in 2002 to enhance the professional value of the course . ( This course has been recognized by UGC & state coordination committee Headed by his Excellency Governor of (M.P.). Since its inception the course has successfully introduced and batches into the governance & business market for the global world.
