•Mikeisconcludinghis47yearcareerineducationashewillretire following this school year. •From1976to1983hewasassistanthighschoolprincipalandathletic director for Tecumseh. •HereturnedtoTecumsehin1998asmiddleschoolprincipalandwasap pointed Superintendent in 2005. •Hequicklyenteredthefieldofeducation,withhiscareerspanningover 45 years of service in Detroit, Tecumseh and Sand Creek. Most recently, he has served as superintendent for Tecumseh Public Schools and is planningtoretireafterthe2012-13academicyear.
