1 MBTI Review Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) instrument is highly
reliable. The results give an individual some clear clues
regarding one’s preferences and tendencies on four “either-or”
personality dimensions. These provide insights on how we
take in data and give it
meaning, how we make decisions, judgments, and take
action, where we find our source of personal energy
comes and how we prefer to interact with the outer world.
The results indicate each individual's preferences and
unique gifts while also pointing out vulnerabilities and areas for
personal development. Within groups, the MBTI instrument
is useful to help recognize and value differences among
individuals, so that interpersonal difficulties may be
more easily overcome. The
workshop will provide opportunities to examine and
practice a variety of applications of Type awareness.

The Challenge: Two bridge building teams must build their portion of the bridge so that when the curtain is removed, one Toobeeez tube can be
added to from a bridge.

an Ancient Temple. What will you find and how will you make it across.
