SWEET MAGIC is a MULTYSTYLE wrapper for chocolate pralines. Its peculiar modularity is conceived to complete the basic SM machine with up to 4 different wrapping units, enabling to obtain many different wrapping styles. The machine may be equipped with an automatic aligner and/or vibrating hopper to optimize product feeding.
● MULTISTYLE concept thanks to its MODULARITY ● Suitable for all kind of processed pralines: ENROBED, MOULDED, EXTRUDED, DEPOSITED, etc. ● Style &/or format CHANGE OVER TIME: less than 45 minutes ● HMI by color graphic Touch Screen / On-board electrical cabinet ● Possible upgrading with extra wrapping style modules even at customer site ● Servo-driven paper feeding system / No Product - No Paper device / Pneumatic reel holder device ● Gentle and positive handling of product and wrapping material ● Product always under operator control during both feeding and wrapping sequences ● Good accessibility, easy cleaning, maintenance and size change-over operations
