Susie-Lotta’s Swedish Caviar Sauce Recipe

Swedish Caviar Sauce (Romsås) Ingredients:

80g jar of red caviar/roe 300 ml sourcream/or greek yoghurt200 ml creme fraiche/or greek yoghurt3 tblsp mayonnaise2 tblsp lemon juicesalt & pepper to taste

Optional:1 red onion/or 1 garlic clove chopped �nely4 tblsp chopped chives/or dill

Instructions:

Mix ingredients in a bowl. Add herbs & season to taste. Serve with seafood, fresh/or smoked salmon, or as a dip. Keep cool.
